    Clean, comfortable, quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay there on return trip. Several restaurants very close - walking distance.

    Good stay in Newport, TN. This BW is in a good location if you’re wanting to stay in Newport, TN. Management even had microfiber cloths specifically for wiping your motorcycle down from dew the night before! (Just ask the front desk) the rooms were basic, nothing fancy. However I will say the rooms were actually separate from the main office/ breakfast/ restaurant/ bar which might be not ideal for some people. The rooms were also up on the hill, whereas the office/ restaurant/ breakfast were down at the base of that hill. Room kind of smelled as you walked in for the first time, not a bad smell- just older. Walls were fairly thin also, as we heard neighbors and their doggie crying through the vent in the bathroom. Nothing that kept us awake or anything, just something specific I noticed. We didn’t eat at the restaurant attached, but the bar was open late if that’s what you’re looking for.

    Clean and comfortable place. On-site breakfast was OK. Several easy to access restaurant options too. I'd go back.
