My daughter stayed here with some friends. 6 hours after her departure from here she discovered she lost her purse. By that time they were in IL and the mother in the group called the Hotel to discover that the purse and some other items had been left in the room.Talk to the manager Pedro and we were able to arrange the shipment of the purse with all the contents in tact. I can't speak for t he stay but the honesty and service was Top notch!!! 5 🌟

We had a great stay at The Nashville Reserve! The location was perfect and we could easily walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and plenty of restaurants. The staff was amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also a huge bonus, especially traveling with a kid. They even had detergent there for us, which definitely came in handy! The room had plenty of space and everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again!

My review of this place has to highlight one exceptional concierge: Phil. From the moment we arrived, Phil went above and beyond, providing helpful recommendations and guidance about Nashville that made our stay even more enjoyable. His outstanding service continued until the very last day of our trip. Unfortunately, while walking back to the hotel after brunch, I fell on the street in front of the nearby Sheraton and seriously injured my left leg, knee, and arm. My pants were ripped and covered in blood, and I was in significant pain. I went into the Sheraton hoping for assistance while I tried to catch my breath. Sadly, during the 15 minutes I was there, no one approached me to ask if I was okay or offer any help. I felt completely invisible. I then managed to make my way back to The Nashville Reserve, where Phil immediately came to my aid. He brought me a first-aid kit, towels because it was raining, ice for my injuries, and even asked if there was anything else we needed. Before we left for our trip home, he also offered me a bottle of water. His genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism made all the difference during a very difficult moment. It’s unfortunate that, in today’s hospitality industry, some people seem more focused on their cell phones than on the guests they are there to serve. Phil is a shining example of what true luxury hospitality should be. In my opinion, he could teach a seminar on what five-star service really means, because genuine care cannot be taught—it comes from the heart. Thank you, Phil. Your kindness and compassion and professionalism meant the world to me, and I will never forget it. As for the property itself, the apartment was beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. I also appreciated how the historic character and nostalgia of The Reserve building have been preserved while incorporating modern amenities. It was a wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway.

Daha uygun seçenekler var ve otopark ücreti diğer seçeneklere göre fazla. Rahat etmek için burayı tercih ettim.
