I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was defined by poor customer service, dishonesty, and a complete lack of accountability.
We received no check-in instructions beyond being told check-in started after 3 PM and were never informed the front desk closed at 11 PM. When we arrived, no staff were onsite. I called the property’s listed number and was given an access code. The code worked for parking but not for the building entrance or our room.
We documented the code in a timestamped note, tried it repeatedly, called multiple times for assistance, and left a voicemail. No one answered. No one called back. After being unable to access a room we had already paid for, we were forced to spend an additional $200 at another hotel.
The next day, rather than helping resolve the situation, the manager was hostile, argumentative, and focused on denying responsibility. He falsely claimed he verified our ID and credit card over the phone and falsely claimed he stayed on the phone with us until we entered the room. Neither happened. He then gave us the exact same code we had been given the night before, confirming we had been using the correct code all along and that the failure was with their system.
We repeatedly asked him to review call logs, security footage, and access records. He promised he would and never followed through. When Airbnb became involved, the property even attempted to dispute basic facts despite the evidence. Airbnb ultimately refunded our first night.
Being locked out was frustrating. Being ignored, accused of being wrong, and met with dishonesty instead of accountability made this the worst customer service experience I have had while traveling.

Very clean room, kitchen, living room. Quiet (during CMA). Nearby Sheraton has a rooftop bar, sush rolls and a great view.

This place is amazing!! So close to downtown but far enough away not to have all the noise. Our stay was so quiet, this is a great place to stay!!

Fine hotel, but the wifi makes it impossible to work. It shuts off every 30 minutes which means working out of your room or taking calls is impossible.

Stayed for 1 night for a concert. The location was great to walk to Bridgestone and catch dinner on the way there.
The bed and linens were the best I experienced in a hotel, and the AC was very responsive.
Check in was clunky. You can’t park on property without an access code so you have to park elsewhere, check in, pay $40/night, and move your car to the lot.
The room was interesting. The corporate feel doesn’t really leave. The amenities were great though we did not stay long enough to utilize them. Full fridge, stove/oven, deep sink, and giant closet. For longer stays this would be very useful.
There is a hair dryer provided but was so damaged the attachments would not go on. The stopper in the shower stopped about 70% of water so the pressure to the shower head was low and there was a lot of dripping. We found a plastic bag with a liquor bottle under our vanity in the bathroom and the air vent was coming out of the ceiling.
While we were at our concert the hotel changed our access code to our room. An email was sent but as we weren’t expecting this change we had called the service desk (the lobby is not manned from 11p-7a) and the reset our keypad remotely.
Would probably not stay again and would recommend with major warnings.
