  Terribly filthy, don’t stay here. Incredibly dirty. Find a motel. Nothing is clean. I also don’t understand the pillows, Tiny squares not normal pillows. Also so uncomfortable. Ew

  It was a fantastic stay other than our AC not working right. Great location with shuttles to where you really want to go. Very clean with daily cleaning unless you ask to not have that. Great in-house entertainment Friday evenings from some of the best songwriters in Nashville doing their songs in an intimate setting (usually 4 trading off). Not my first time staying there for a nice weekend, and definitely won't be the last 😀

  I went for a convention. The convention space was nice. One restroom per gender for the convention space. My hotel room was ok. The bathroom showed the age of the hotel. Staff made the bed and cleaned the bathroom daily. I wasn't impressed by the breakfast options and went elsewhere for food. The hotel was empty during the week and filled up on the weekend.

  I was treated like royalty from my first night, Everyone from standard staff to management were polite and greatly negotiable on everything, I believe they truly enjoyed having me visit, which is important in todays asocial societies!! It was a very exceptional experience , only wish I could have stayed more !

  Thoroughly enjoyed my week stay with millennium maxwell house! In all honesty I was quite nervous about coming to stay due to other reviews I had read but I’m glad I didn’t cancel my stay. Yes the rooms are slightly dated in decor but when your staying in Nashville and only a short FREE shuttle bus service away from broadway (which they generously provide) all you need is a comfortable place to lay your head and have hot water between going out! They provided a breakfast, yes it’s basic but it’s good enough, cereal, fresh fruit, waffles, bread for toast, sweet pastries, fresh orange juice and coffees. The staff are sooooooo attentive, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, nothing is too much trouble. They were also decorating areas within the hotel whilst we were there, so even though it maybe dated they are working on making improvements but it’s a massive hotel. Had hot water every shower or bath, we had new beds in our room and saw that they were putting brand new beds in other rooms too. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
