⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5
We stayed at The Countrypolitan – Hotel Indigo Nashville for one night. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful and appealing aesthetic. The décor and atmosphere are definitely a highlight, and the property is visually impressive.
However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear noise from surrounding rooms. The AC and plumbing were also noticeably loud. After flushing the toilet or taking a shower, there was a prolonged, loud plumbing/deposit-type sound that was disruptive, especially at night.
I also found the booking information regarding breakfast to be misleading. When booking through Booking.com, our reservation indicated that breakfast was included. However, when we had breakfast at the hotel, we were still charged out of pocket. If breakfast is not actually included in the reservation price, that should be made much clearer when booking.
Overall, the hotel is aesthetically beautiful and has a lot of potential, but guests should be prepared for additional fees and should carefully confirm what is actually included in their reservation. Between the noise, plumbing, AC, and unexpected breakfast charge, the stay wasn’t quite as relaxing as we expected.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Very good with making sure guests (me) were familiar with elevators, area, and entertainment for the evening. Gave me a credit for beer/cocktails at bar (actually extra credit...thank you!) Rooms are extremely clean. Valet employees professional. I have stayed here multiple times and have never had an issue and have been treated exceptionally every single time. Great job by Hotel Indigo staff. Thank you

The location is awesome, next to Printers Alley, easy walk to DT Nashville.
In the restaurant/bar we were served by Hannah. She is just a wonderful person, she is focused on you and serving others. Makes you feel like a true guest.
The music the two nights we were there was Bluegrass, absolutely wonderful, to listen to and enjoy.
This is at least our 3rd stay and just doesn't disappoint.
This hotel is a 5 stars overall for me. The staff is absolutely incredible & the rooms are great! I really loved the high pressure walk in shower & the fantastic menu the restaurant had!
This is also right at the end of the famous Printer’s Alley, & in my opinion a perfect location! I will definitely be back!
The one thing I will say to people from out of town & travelers, is that Nashville is very humid in the summer. The AC in the hotel was great, but you get very sweaty walking around enjoying the town, so I recommend bringing a lot of extra shirts & socks, cause you will change your clothes at least once a day.
There is no washer & dryers in the hotel (which was the only bummer) & the closest laundromat is like 2 miles away. They do offer dry cleaning runs for people who really need it, but it’s expensive & most people don’t dry clean undergarments. Come prepared if you want to explore the city.

I really wanted to give this hotel a great review. In fact, while my husband and I were eating breakfast, we were talking about how much we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was wonderful, the property was very clean, and every staff member we interacted with in person was friendly and helpful.
At check-in, we were told that breakfast was included with our stay. We were also told it was not a buffet and that the hotel had an on-site chef who prepared amazing food. The breakfast definitely lived up to the hype and was one of the highlights of our visit.
Unfortunately, things changed after we returned home. The next day, I noticed that I had been charged $59.40 for the "complimentary" breakfast and charged twice for our room, which was $550 for a single night. I immediately contacted the hotel and was passed from person to person, hung up on at least once, and spent four days trying to resolve the issue.
Eventually, both the duplicate room charge and the breakfast charge were refunded, but the entire experience left a very negative impression. It's disappointing because the hotel itself was excellent, but the billing errors and poor follow-up service mean I will not be returning.
