  We stayed here for 3 nights 4th of July weekend, to celebrate that and my wife's birthday. PROS - Check in great w/Heather, very professional, courteous, gave us free drinks for my wife's birthday, $10 coupons for the on site restaurant, close to many restaurants to walk to, nice large king bed room, nice bathroom with plenty of hooks/towel bars, quiet, room darkening shades, coffee maker in room. local musical artists each night CONS - lost tv Friday night during storms because they use satellite which is terrible in storms, so no way to know what was coming....never came back on all night, still not working Sat morning, ice machine on floor 12 broke, the guy who came to try and fix the tv was very unprofessional in his work attire with his pants hanging down below his butt!! He was a man of color. No parking lot or garage, garage over a block away, 1 elevator broke,

  This hotel is such a charming little getaway! The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and have a lovely feel that makes you want to stay longer. We really enjoyed spending time at the restaurant, where the food was tasty and the live music created such a fun atmosphere. The bar was also a great place to relax and enjoy the evening. It’s a unique spot with lots of character, and I’d happily come back again.

  Great place to stay & have access to all of downtown Nashville. Beautiful hotel with a sweet armosphere. We enjoyed hearing the live musicians in the dining area as well as walking to local venues for some tasty treats. Parking is ridiculously expensive as are the meal plates.

  This hotel is, without a doubt, our favorite place to stay when visiting Nashville. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel less like a guest and more like family. The location is ideal, just a few blocks from Broadway, making it easy to enjoy all the excitement of downtown while still being far enough away to relax and unwind. A special thank you to Dylan with valet services, who was always attentive and welcoming. Andrea and Heather at the front desk consistently went above and beyond to ensure every stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lea was often one of the first smiling faces we saw each morning, and her positive attitude always started our day on the right note. The bar staff, Derreck and Steve, are exceptional. Their Old Fashioneds are delicious, and their hospitality keeps us coming back. Lori, the hostess, is an absolute gem, no matter how busy things became, she always found a way to make everyone feel welcome and accommodated. The live music is another standout feature. The hotel consistently brings in incredibly talented performers, many of whom became some of our favorite artists during our stay. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning again and again.
