    $58 dollar parking per night and a $75 check in 1 hour before fee.. honestly just get a better hotel with parking included. The staff was also quite short when asking about other parking options in the area.

    Location is great - a few blocks from the Broadway scene, which is a MUST ti see/hear! The king room was large with a sleeper sofa. We had a nice view from the 13th floor, so I used the elevator instead of the stairs as I normally do. We didn’t check the food or drink aspects of the hotel. The staff were pleasant & professional. The hotel parking was $outrageous$. That was the only complaint I have - a $55 complaint

    Yassa and John with valet were top notch! Yassa was super friendly and helpful, always with a big smile and asked us how we were doing, or how our day was. Check-in itself seemed a little more than at other hotels I’ve stayed, but all three ladies at the front desk were nice and helped us find vegetarian and vegan places to eat in a town widely known for BBQ. The room was great - and super clean! The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash is exactly what I use at home (Dove) so even though I packed my own I did not have to use it. Definitely would stay again. Thanks again, Yassa!

    Great location a short walk to Broadway . Nice and spaciuos rooms with a lovely view . Staff were extremely helpful especially Yassa who was very helpful on storing our bags while we checked out. Woukd definitely recommend

    Very expensive for what it is. The rooms and hotel are very nice but it’s ruined by rude and unaccommodating front desk staff especially Danica the supervisor is HORRIBLE, there were some kind staff though especially Teshaun. Paying guests and we were treated like an inconvenience. Pool also gets no sun fyi, but the hotel next door Marriott pool looked amazing from the room. It has potential but no hospitality whatsoever with the exception of some few kind souls who deserve to work somewhere else.
