  Exceptional hotel, staff are very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good, I had pancakes, Sheree did a great job looking after us.

  They definitely let you know you’re in Nashville right from the jump — and honestly, that part was great. The atmosphere was lively, vibrant, and had that Nashville energy from the moment we arrived. As a Diamond Elite member, we stay at a LOT of Holiday Inns, so we have plenty of locations to compare this one to. That said… the $20 breakfast is a FAIL. Holiday Inn offers essentially the same breakfast at many locations as part of the stay, and here people were being charged $20 for a breakfast that tasted pretty much exactly like the free breakfast we get elsewhere. If you’re going to charge $20 for it, then you need to step it up. Hire a cook, put some love into the food, and make it feel like you’re actually getting something worth paying for. At this price, I honestly felt a little cheated. And considering this is Nashville, a major tourist destination, and this location appears to do significantly more business than many of the other Holiday Inns we’ve stayed at, I expected more when it came to the property itself. The bathrooms are very outdated, and the rooms are showing their age as well. Our room had a very noticeable musty smell, which definitely took away from the experience. Now, I will give credit where credit is due: the service was wonderful. From the time we arrived until the time we left, the staff treated us well and were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it feels like the higher-ups are doing the bare minimum when it comes to upgrades, maintenance, and repairs. This location has the potential to be so much better, especially given where it’s located and the amount of business it brings in. Great location. Great atmosphere. Great service. But the property needs some serious attention, and that $20 breakfast needs a complete rethink. As a Diamond Elite member who stays at a lot of Holiday Inns, I expected more from this one.

  We had breakfast at the hotel and it was wonderful! Our server, Sheree was so kind and helpful! We came really close to the end of breakfast and she helped us order fast and took care of to go coffee at the end of our meal! She went above and beyond!

  It was a nice stay. Check in was good. Checkout good. Breakfast good. Seems like lots of Waiting to be seated in line toget buffet breakfast was odd. Over all good stay. Clean ,nice and prices were comparable.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt We having a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt! The hotel is comfortable, welcoming, and in a convenient location for exploring Nashville. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—there are plenty of options, everything was fresh and delicious, and it is a great way to start the day. A special shout-out to Franklin, our server! He is absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. His great service really added to the experience and made our breakfast even more enjoyable. Thank you, Franklin, for taking such good care of us! Overall, we're really enjoying our stay and would definitely come back the next time we're in Nashville!
