  Jae and Ty were awesome concierges. We were with a very large group and had some last minute changes that needed to be made to booking and they went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were able to answer all of the questions in rapid fire that comes with so many personalities and people. Great experience, def recommend.

  PAID PARKING It cost $35 a day to park in their parking lot. I went there in 2022, and parking was free. So I guess this is new. The room was fine. The bathroom sink's overflow hole had a bunch of algae or green stuff in it, which I could clearly see from the reflection in the mirror. One of the elevators had a stick-on ad with a woman turned away and slightly bent down. I'm sure "unwell" men have touched it.

  It's not actually downtown! I would have loved to actually had been downtown like it was advertised but the location of their entertainment is nice! It's downstairs and they have a great menu. New artist are showcased. Music is universal so having a bar in a hotel with entertainment is genius! The bartender was very nice and the cook can really make some delicious food. The check-in was speedy and they were kind to me at the front desk. Very welcoming hotel and the park is across the street so no real complaints! I was told to come spiritually so I came! The cleaning crew welcomed me with smiles and kindness. You can tell they work hard at keeping their building clean. Great crew! Kindness is key with making any business function... Thank you Holiday Inn...

  Last Monday my company held it’s annual district safety meeting in the conference room at the Holiday Inn in Nashville. I was impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the hotel staff. One staff member named Sheree stood out most to me. Sheree had a warm personality and was very pleasant to talk to. She was an industrious worker, and she kept our tables, the meeting area in the conference room, and the lobby outside its doors where our food and beverages were served clean and comfortable. When I finished my food I instinctively began to get up from my chair and look for a place to dispose of my trash. She was there to take my trash away before I could even stand. She insured my area stayed clean and free of clutter. This Holiday Inn in Nashville is doing well by having such a wonderful staff like Sheree. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying downtown in Nashville.

  I just stayed at this location while attending a work event. I checked out Sunday without realizing I left an item in my room. Today is Thursday and I have been calling and getting no where since I arrived home. I left a vm for housekeeping/lost and found, no answer. I have called numerous times and kept getting reservations or someone who would tell me to hold then hang up or transfer me somewhere else useless. Listen, I do take ownership in leaving something behind but it should not be this hard to speak to someone or even get a call back letting me know if it was found or not. Housekeeping was okay. I did leave them a tip because that job is hard and thankless I'm sure. Valet closes at 11 so don't get there late like I did. Also the amount charged for parking is laughable. Not a fan. Won't return.
