  5 stars absolutely isn’t enough for our stay at Holiday Inn Nashville-Vanderbilt (Dwtn)! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of Centennial Park and the Parthenon — waking up to that view felt like part of the vacation itself. Huge shoutout to Ty at the front desk for going above and beyond. He helped set us up with an amazing room, made it possible for us to extend our stay another night, and even pointed us toward a fantastic local music spot that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. That kind of local hospitality makes all the difference. Also, Michelle behind the bar deserves major recognition for her incredible bartending skills and fun banter. She made every visit to the bar feel like hanging out with an old friend while still delivering top-notch service. Between the location, the views, the rooms, and especially the people, this hotel helped make our Nashville experience unforgettable. We will absolutely stay here again!

  Spent 4-5 days here for a work trip and enjoyed my stay. The room met my needs with a clean bathroom, a refrigerator, and a working air conditioner. When checking in and out I enjoyed my interactions with the staff members. While they were always clearly busy, their attitudes never reflected that. During my visit I had two requests of them (extra washcloths, and a toothbrush as I’d evidently forgotten mine), and they accommodated each without any issue. The area isn’t the most quiet since the road between the hotel and the park is a place where cars like to cruise, but aside from that I didn’t notice anything else. The hotel is also well located if you are visiting the Vanderbilt area either without a car or preferring not to drive around while you’re there. They have a shuttle that will take you down town which runs throughout most of the day, and there are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance including 3 coffee shops. The only change I would like is better lighting in the bathroom. I recognize this is a personal preference as my spouse would have probably liked the lighting, so I’m not deducting any stars. Just wanting to advise people who may want a more well lit bathroom.

  Shoutout to Jason, Charles and Jim the shuttle drivers at DoubleTree by Holiday Inn Vanderbilt Nashville Downtown 👏 Jason , Charles and Jim was absolutely amazing — so informative, friendly, and welcoming. DoubleTree is lucky to have an employee like him representing their team. It’s people like Jason who truly make a difference in someone’s experience. Keep being you, — your kindness and positive attitude do not go unnoticed! 🚐✨ The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great service all around — definitely made the trip even better!

  Late check in after delayed flight and the front desk was amazing. Had thirty minutes left for restaurant/bar and love music. Excellent band, drinks and food. Room was so clean , comfortable and balcony view was amazing. Breakfast with our waitress Sheree was perfect. Sheree was so attentive and polite. Overall amazing stay

  This was an easy 10/10 stay turned into a 0/10 experience. I stayed at this place Friday, April 24 through April 26. I ONLY used overnight parking ($35) for ONE NIGHT costing me $38.41 (with tax). Once I checked out that Sunday, April 26 I was charged AGAIN $76.83 however I happened to see it pending on my cc activity before it cleared so I went to the front desk and SHOWED PROOF (my activity statement of both cards) to the lighter toned lady that commonly sits at the third desk closest to the turning doors & souvenir shirts that I only parked for 1 night she said it was resolved. That I would receive my whole deposit of $100 back. Of course she’s a liar and the charge still cleared. Now I have to keep calling these ppl to be sure they do what they said they would. Please be aware and monitor your charges. If this is not resolved soon I will escalate it accordingly.
