Not recommended if you’re looking for a pleasant holiday experience. We stayed for two nights (22–24 June). Room – 5/5 The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was excellent, and the bathroom was modern and well maintained. Housekeeping – 2/5 While the room was clean on arrival, it was not serviced during our stay despite us displaying the housekeeping sign. We left the room at 10:45 a.m. and hung the sign on the door, but were later told that if housekeeping has already passed your room, they do not return. This was disappointing and not what we would expect from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast – 2/5 The breakfast offering was underwhelming. The bacon was overcooked, there were no waffles available, and pork sausages were not offered. One member of staff on the morning of 23 June was particularly unfriendly and appeared annoyed when we chose to sit at a different table, despite the dining area being completely empty. Service was noticeably better on 24 June. Reception – 2/5 The evening reception staff were friendly but seemed unfamiliar with some hotel details. We were incorrectly informed that breakfast was served until 10:00 a.m., when it actually finishes at 9:30 a.m. We were also surprised to learn that parking costs $28.08 per day. The daytime reception staff were noticeably less welcoming and did little to create a positive first impression. Bar Food – 2/5 The food was disappointing. The pizza was mediocre, and the Tennessee chicken was extremely dry. Shuttle Service – 5/5 The shuttle driver was by far the most helpful, friendly, and customer-focused member of staff we encountered. Thank you for providing such excellent service. Overall Although the room itself was very good, poor service, disappointing food, and inconsistent staff attitudes significantly detracted from our stay. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a very disappointing experience at Holiday Inn Nashville Stadium. My wife accidentally left her phone in our room, and we realized it only after we had already driven all the way back home to Louisville. As soon as we discovered it, we contacted the hotel, but we were told that no phone had been found. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the phone's location tracker showed it was last active inside the hotel about two hours after we had already checked out. Hoping to recover it, we made the difficult decision to drive all the way back to Nashville that same day, only to be told again that the phone could not be located. The entire ordeal cost us hours of driving, additional expenses, and a great deal of stress, with no resolution. While accidents happen and we take responsibility for leaving the phone behind, we were disappointed by the handling of the situation and the apparent lack of success in locating an item that appeared to remain on the property. I hope the hotel reviews and strengthens its lost-and-found procedures so future guests have a better experience than we did.

Great hotel, great location, they have a shuttle that will take you down town. This our 2nd time staying here and there was a new surprise this time around. When you stay at this hotel you now have to pay $25 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. I found it a bit ridiculous. It's not valet it's not a parking garage, it's a standard hotel parking lot.

I will never stay here again. I have never before had to pay for parking while staying in a hotel, much less a holiday inn, here I had to pay $25. It is not free like someone wrote and I'm a silver status member. The beds are not comfortable at all and breakfast was $13. I don't recommend this holiday inn. There are others around maybe they are better.

Elite Member gets the 3rd floor with a view of the roof and pallets, unbelievable. A plain "member" was given the 8th floor with the downtown view. I'll repeat what others have said parking is $25 +tax per night paid via a third party. The front desk cannot exempt you from it. If you think you want to stay because it's close and you get points, the points aren't guaranteed and "close" is on Broadway for a similar price after you add the scam of parking. Breakfast at any other Holiday Inn is included (not that we eat it) however, charging for it is yet another scam. We will not stay here again. We absolutely will stay on Broadway in a nicer hotel with a great view and free parking with our hotel stay. The "free shuttle" doesn't make up for the $25 +tax fee for parking at the hotel your staying at. Uber to the doorstep of whatever business your trying to make it to on Broadway is literally under $10.
