  My experience here was absolutely amazing as the first time Solo traveler I definitely recommend staying here. Safety 10 out of 10 the food 10/10 the bar 10 out of 10 the staff customer service 10 out of 10 I did not have a single complication while staying here they made my stay and my time in Nashville phenomenal

  We had a wonderful stay! Check in was easy and convenient. Rooms weren't ready when we arrived but we arrived early. Front staff asked if we wanted to keep our bags at the front and use the shuttle while we waited. They were so nice! Our room was clean and bigger than expected. The food and bartender was awesome! Shuttle made everything so convenient. Very impressed!

  Why is it when you reserve the room they don't tell you it's 65.00 to park at the hotel that you are already paying 300.00 a night for? Had I been told this in advance I would have chose another hotel. Do better or at the very least disclose this information when renting the rooms. You would think paying over 600.00 for 2 nights would have been enough payment but lesson learned

  Right across the street from a sketchy gas stations where the homeless were hanging out and begging. Not a good look to start. The staff were nice. Ridiculous to have to pay $25 per night just to park on the property. I’ve never done that anywhere else I’ve traveled to. The bar and grill inside had good food for a cheaper price than expected. Now, the rooms looked nice and clean, however, THE BEDS ARE HARD AS ROCKS!!!! I tossed and turned all night and my back hurts so terribly. Pillows seemed plush but when you lay on them they go flat. Horrible experience. We were going to stay three nights but we are going to look for accommodation elsewhere. Update: Checkout experience: dealt with “Maisie” who was rude and unprofessional. During the checkout we mentioned the beds and she stated “oh we never get that complaint.” I pointed out that that wasn’t the case per the Google reviews I read this morning when I was making my own review. She just goes “oh.” Then proceeds to pull up this review and starts picking it apart and calls someone on the radio right then and there to go “check the firmness” of the beds and to “make sure they are in working order.” I’ve never heard something so ridiculous in my life. She picked apart the parking bit in my review and said “everyone charges parking—didn’t you check?” Told her my first time to Nashville and no, not everyone does. Little liar. Also, first Holiday Inn I’ve ever been to that charges parking. Lastly, we paid for this parking and my mom got a parking ticket from them this morning on her car. My mom brought it in and asked what it was. She just goes “oh don’t worry, we will take of it.” I said “she asked what it was.” Then she explained about the parking ticket. This place will just nickel and dime you and try to scam you out of every penny. Don’t go here!! I’d bet money they will have my review removed so I’ll save this and keep checking back.

  Our stay kicked off the moment we crossed the threshold into what can only be described as an ambient sauna with low ceilings. The air conditioning unit was mounted to the wall, rattling with the fierce, wheezing determination of an asthmatic lawnmower, yet producing absolutely zero chilled air. It seemed to function solely as a white noise machine designed to drown out your quiet weeping as you sweat through your cotton sheets at 2:00 AM. Matters only escalated when we attempted basic hygiene. Turning on the bathroom sink resulted in an instantaneous, murky basin soup that refused to drain. Whatever ancient plumbing curse lives inside those pipes held the water hostage for forty-five minutes after brushing our teeth, forcing us to watch spit bubbles gently swirl like some kind of dystopian lava lamp. The crown jewel of the whole circus, however, arrived three days after checkout in the form of an extra $75 damage charge on my credit card. The alleged crime? "Carpet staining." Now, to be clear, the carpet in our room was a vintage tapestry of prehistoric mystery stains that had clearly been grandfathered into the building’s original 1982 mortgage. The dark, amorphous splotch near the bedside table had its own microclimate and looked old enough to qualify for a driver’s license. We actively walked around it the entire weekend out of sheer biological terror, yet somehow management decided that my traveling party was the bold pioneer that inaugurated this primordial juice into the fiber weave. Charging guests seventy-five bucks for pre-existing carpet fossils while offering non-draining swamp basins and a decorative breeze-free AC unit takes exceptional corporate courage. Keep the $75, folks; buy a bottle of drain cleaner, invest in a single cubic foot of freon, and give that carpet stain the proper state burial it so richly deserves.
