  Fantastic location if you are going to an event at Nissan Stadium. Definitely walkable. We even walked back from Broadway area, too. That was a little bit more sketchy of a walk with just two people at 11pm on a Friday. Wouldn’t have worried at all if we were with a bigger group or if it was daytime. The room was great. A/C was cold and staff was very nice. Pool was a bit chilly considering it’s been in the upper 90°’s for several days.

  Our stay got cancelled by Expedia very last minute without us knowing nor getting an email. Two front desk ladies were so kind and found us a place to stay even though it didn’t benefit them in any way. Searched for other hotels around us the night of a Foo Fighters concert for at least 30 minutes. Super helpful staff, Hillarie and the dark brown haired girl deserve a raise pronto!!!!!!

  I just wish that it was closer to downtown as it is advertised. Be sure to make sure breakfast is included or else it is a fee of 20.00 or so for that buffet! It is worth it but at least make sure to ask in case you are low on funds. The bar area is nice and the live music is great! They are not a strict by the rules bar but they do have order! The servers and cooks are great! They work hard inside the bar area as well as housekeeping! I have left a review for them earlier. This is my second review! If you love what you see and you feel the employees deserve some shine, ask for a card with a barcode and you can do a survey (tell them the name of the employee/s and they will get 25 bucks). If you can't tip that is a good way to make sure they know we appreciate their services! I have been thinking about leaving Tn and this was a good bye spiritually for me! Sorry if anything is misspelled. Just giving helpful information. P.s. cool stuff in walking distance! So no DUI and they have a (free) shuttle!

  Rooms and service were very nice, and the location is relatively close to the downtown area with a shuttle. The pool was advertised as heated but was ice cold and the breakfast could have been better for being $15. Also, I understand during stadium events, but I’m not sure why the parking has to be $25 a day when the entire lot was half full the entire time.

  I had a wonderful experience staying here for two days while attending a concert at the Chiefs on Broadway as well as other attractions in Nashville! Staff, my room, amenities and safety were my top priority to stay being a lone traveler. I enjoyed the pool, dining area for breakfast and dinner. Robina and Sammi took great care of every diner! Robina should be featured for her made from scratch menu items! Her lemon cheesecake is heavenly and Sammi very caring and accommodating. There is a "free for guests "shuttle bus running back and forth to downtown Nashville operated by Carlos when I was there. He is friendly, caring , and punctual! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great location to all of downtown Nashville!
