    Wonderful hotel with amazing customer service! Peter at the front desk took great care of us wken our flight was delayed and the rental car companies were closed... leaving us stranded at the airport at 4am. Peter got us a room, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport, and helped turn a very stressful night into a sweet adventure for our family. 10/10!

    Overall it was an okay experience not my best at a hotel especially a holiday inn . Pool was clean , staff in the evening were friendly . I do have a few complaints though . The bathroom door didn’t lock ( not a biggie ) the shower door though wouldn’t stay closed it kept sliding open . Half of the gym equipment was broken as well My other issue was I went down for breakfast and stood there for 5 mins . There was a sign that said please wait to be seated , but nobody came out . I went over and grabbed a coffee then came back. Two ladies were just standing there. They finally spoke , do you want breakfast , yes , do you have a red ticket , no , breakfast is 16.95 . Okay . So do I get breakfast do I pay first , they just kept standing there . So I walked away. If you are going to charge ridiculous amount for breakfast , at least have someone who is able to help out . Also since when do we have to pay for parking at a hotel!!!! $12.00 for parking $16.00 for breakfast that’s an extra $28.00 not including if others are eating breakfast as well (12 and under are free ) . Probably won’t stay again , to many negatives not enough positives

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Stay We’ll Never Forget What we thought would be a 2–3 week stay at the Holiday Inn Nashville Airport turned into nearly 2½ months. When we arrived, I had zero IHG points. By the time we checked out, I had earned Diamond Elite status with more than 133,000 points. The points were nice, but the people are what made this stay truly unforgettable. I was staying with my 88-year-old mother, who is recognized as the first Black woman to graduate from Vanderbilt University Law School (Class of 1964) and is also a proud graduate of Fisk University. Hotels have never really been “her thing,” so I was naturally concerned about leaving her alone each morning while I went to work. I quickly realized I had nothing to worry about. Laila, one of the restaurant servers, took my mother under her wing from day one. Before long, my mother had become affectionately known throughout the hotel as “Grand Ma.” Every single day we were greeted by name and asked if there was anything we needed. The kindness shown to us was genuine and consistent. What impressed me even more was that this level of customer service wasn’t just reserved for us—it was extended to everyone. One evening, a DoorDash order was accidentally delivered to the wrong hotel. Instead of simply apologizing, a front desk associate actually drove his personal vehicle to retrieve the guest’s meal. That’s the kind of commitment to customer satisfaction you don’t often see anymore. On our final night, the “girls,” as my mother affectionately calls them, even took her out to dinner. That simple act of kindness meant more to us than words can express. I want to personally thank everyone who helped make our extended stay feel like home: MJ, Andrea, Sheila, Efren, Peter, Jasmine, Lolita, Arianna, Jennifer, Mercede, Laila, Zoe, Doris, Oscar, Deyli, Nick, Gloria, Angeles, Andrea, Maria, Caty, Demiana, Santornya, Carmen, Chitan, and Priti. If I’ve misspelled anyone’s name or unintentionally left someone out, please accept my sincere apologies. Every member of the staff contributed to making our stay exceptional. Finally, I am the Boys Basketball Coach at Donelson Middle School, home of the Jets, and I would love to see Holiday Inn Nashville Airport support Donelson Middle School and our student-athletes. Partnerships between local businesses and schools strengthen our community. Thank you to the entire Holiday Inn Nashville Airport team for treating my mother with such love, dignity, and respect. You turned what could have been a stressful 2½-month stay into one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. We will never forget your kindness.

    Not happy with this stay, For the price you pay its not worth it, yes the room and lobbys are very nice, but you stay in the rooms, its honestly not worth it, i drove from michigan this was a half way point for me, Bed was hard as a rock, felt like you where sleeping on the floor, the wood floors where honestly very dirty, the shower had good pressure but could have been cleaned a whole lot better. Not to mention a crawling bug on the floor. pay $12 for parking, spent about $300 for a room that did not meet expectations, and i had the breakfast and didnt get a voucher for it? if you could honestly avoid staying here i would. i wish i had chosen a different hotel to stay at. Very disappointed.

    WOW! What a GREAT experience. Airport delays made us miss our flight connection. We got our hotel reservation at the airport, late last night. The shuttle got us and took us to the Holiday Inn Nashville Airport. Great room. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet. Beautifully decorated. I took pictures of all the artwork I could see in our room, the lobby, and outside the elevator on each floor. I didn't even have to step out of the elevator to get the pics on each floor. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had coffee pods in the room. Breakfast was available for purchase in the lobby, but we had a flight to catch. The shuttle took us back to the Airport. Thank you for making a stressful time, way less stressful.
