  The afternoon front desk staff were very welcoming, everything was clean, and the housekeeping staff were all great! 💗 Unfortunately, in the evening while I was looking for the pool, an older lady with bangs and black hair asked, “Can I help you? Are you a guest?” Her tone came across as rude and made me feel singled out and unwelcomed I looked at her and said floor 5 why would I even be wondering if I wasn’t a guest 🙄Other than that interaction, I had a good experience.

  This hotel uses a separate parking payment app system. You have to give that app your information (name, phone, email, license plate, and duration of stay) and pay for parking separate from the room charge ($12). Other Holiday Inns do not use this. I will not stay at another hotel that uses this system. I will avoid further stays at Holiday Inns.

  I stayed 1 night at the hotel on August 8, 2026. I checked out the following day August 9, 2026. I paid for my room through Booking.com When I checked out the hotel charged me again for a night. I spoke with the front desk. She was absolutely no help acted all clueless. I waited for the manager to come in. She also clueless. The charges are on my bank account and I showed the manager this. Mind you I had to barrow money to get my family and I back home to Buffalo, NY since they playing with my money. I get home it’s been 10 days and my money is still held not released. So after speaking with the manager Shelia again yesterday August 18, 2026 about releasing my funds she then goes and tries to charge my card a whole different amount early this morning. Like this is fraud and unacceptable. Watch your accounts. They are doing some very wrong things at this hotel. If my funds are not released I am going to the Attorney General’s office and the news. What there doing is wrong.

  Everything was totally acceptable for this hotel. The staff was great and very polite. Parking was plentiful but you do have to scan a QR code to pay to park. $12 after tax. Didn’t eat there. Had a drink, it was perfectly fine. Overall would stay here again because it’s a walk away from Darfons restaurant.

  THANK YOU KELVIN!! My partner and I have a very unfortunate experience in a different hotel and at 1AM needed to find a new place to stay, we called and spoke to Kelvin who was able to get us in a room within 30 minutes and was insanely kind and personable. If you are looking for hotels in this area I absolutely recommend it, staff was great, room itself was very clean, shower/bathroom and amenities as well were great. Thank you guys so so much for saving our trip!
