  I truly don’t love this hotel. The hotels in the area are nicer and even more fairly priced. The bathroom doors don’t fully close/lock/have privacy, the room is rather small although it’s nice that there is high ceilings, they don’t provide microwaves in the rooms, they don’t give basic things like creamer or sugar w coffee so you have to go down to the front desk to get it, curtains don’t close for some reason, not worth the money when there is the radisson, Cambria, or holiday inn express right next door. Somehow the holiday inn express is both cheaper and better

  I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Nashville Airport. I used my IHG Club member Rewards night credit for my stay. Prior to checking in, I contacted the front desk to request an early morning check in. Staff shared that they would work quickly and provide an update on vacancies once their guests checked out. This property is a favorite and they were fully booked the night before. Melanie was happy to help hold my luggage while I enjoyed my Sunday. This property is newly renovated and a breath of fresh air. Equipped with a restaurant and bar. The shuttle service was excellent and on time. I would absolutely stay here again while in town. Special thanks to Melanie who was lovely.

  I checked in on the 12th Sep. and paid through Chase Travel. The hotel also charged me for the two pre-authorized amounts on the 13th. Updated 9/29 I emailed IHG customer service, and the hotel management team followed up promptly and handled the case professionally. The full refund was issued as promised. Things go wrong sometimes — what matters is how they're handled, and this was handled well. Thank you. Convenient location minutes from the airport, and I would stay here again.

  1 STAR — Absolutely unacceptable experience I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel. Our first night at this Holiday Inn near Nashville Airport, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and we had to be moved to another room. The second night, around 11 PM, we went into the bathroom and found ANTS ALL OVER THE COUNTER, with ants also on the bedroom carpet. I immediately called the front desk, and we were moved to another room. That room had ants in the carpet too. We were moved AGAIN, only to find more ants. Then we discovered the bathroom door in that room was locked and inaccessible. At this point, a front desk employee came upstairs with us and personally witnessed the ants in the other rooms. We were finally moved to another room where, thankfully, we did not see any ants. This entire nightmare took place between approximately 11 PM and 1 AM. I was told to speak with the hotel manager, Terrance, regarding a refund. Because the reservation was made through Chase Travel, I understood that there could be complications with the refund. However, I expected the manager to at least show some concern or empathy for what we had just experienced. Instead, Terrance was rude, dismissive, and completely unsympathetic. He told me that because I “chose” to stay the second night, their policy was that there would be no refund. I explained that this all happened between 11 PM and 1 AM and asked him where exactly he expected us to go at 1 AM. His response was essentially that there were other hotels on the block. Not even a refund of the parking fee was offered as a gesture of goodwill. Let that sink in: multiple rooms had ants, we were moved repeatedly in the middle of the night, and the manager’s response was that we should have gone somewhere else. The hotel staff themselves encouraged me to write a review and said I should post the pictures and video documenting what happened. I absolutely will. I am currently working with Chase Travel regarding the refund, but regardless of the outcome, the way this situation was handled by management was unacceptable. Holiday Inn/IHG — you need to do better. And Terrance, your complete lack of empathy and the way you spoke to a paying guest who had just spent two hours being moved from room to room because of ants was incredibly disappointing. I would strongly recommend that management address both the pest issue and the way guest complaints are handled at this property.

  The sole reason for the one star review is the terrible communication from staff regarding the shuttle. Told that it runs every 30 minutes at top and bottom of the hour, outside at 3:50 for the 4:00am shuttle and it never shows up. Go inside, be told it did leave at 4am and that I should have scheduled it. Had to call an uber and now I may miss my flight, as there are limited Ubers available at 4am. Thought I could count on the hotel, but I won’t be back because of this reason.
