- JDJennifer DSep 27, 20261.0Do not book the room with the hot tub. We booked a room with the hot tub and when we checked in, the lady at the front desk said the hot tub rooms haven't been working in WEEKS. The room is still available to be booked online still. Bait and switch.
- KKkriptic22Sep 27, 20265.0Very nice. We probably stay 5 or 6 times a year in a hotel. We tried other resorts and companies that are " similar " in price and accommodations throughout the years. We are members now with Hilton. This particular one i highly recommend. Lady at front desk, super nice and helpful. She is definitely a keeper. Rooms, fresh and updated. Same with the overall hotel itself. When we come back down here, we will stay at this one. No complaints here at all.
- NNNeshaSep 21, 20261.0I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. We found two roaches. I know the hotel is a dog friendly property, but there were several large dogs in the breakfast area right by the food literally (not just in the dining area). And to top it off…the fire alarm went off EXTREMELY LOUD AT 5AM because someone decided to smoke in their room. So, there were several guests, including me, waiting outside until the fire truck arrived. It was absolutely horrible. I’ll never return.
