  Exceptional, world-class service! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine positivity and a smile so contagious that it instantly brightened my entire day—especially after 10 hours of traveling. Both the check-in and checkout processes were seamless, quick, and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. I truly look forward to my future visits.   Great check in process. The king size bed and the room overall was huge. Loved having a microwave and fridge available. I love that they have parking passes so the lot isn't overcrowded. Security on site after a certain hour as well. But the star of the show that I want to compliment is Ms Jackie that helps out with the hotel breakfast. She greeted me with a big smile and a warm good morning! 5 stars from me and I plan to stay here again in the future

  Your food staff should not feed the homeless. As much as I feel for them, a hotel is not the place. They eat right outside and then try coming in. Every morning this happens. And your front desk staff should know more about the city. I asked if there were places to eat if we walked right and she said she didn't know. I asked her what are the closest places to eat and she had no idea. Might want to train them more. And suggestion..... please change the kinds of food for breakfast. After a week's stay, it gets old. Especially if you really don't care for what's there. Waffles instead of pancakes would have been nice. Maybe different kinds of fruit.

  Definitely not a 2 star hotel. The room was very clean, Free breakfast every morning, which wasn’t bad at all. Nothing special but definitely helped. Save some money on the trip and was definitely good. The room was very clean. Air-conditioning worked very well very humid and hot that week About a 8-12 min Drive to Broadway, which wasn’t bad- I signed up to become a member which was free as soon as I got there and we had a free Uber from the hotel to Broadway once a day easily for our hotel the pool was very clean the work out area was clean Honestly, I’d probably stay here every time I come back to Nashville for the price you cannot beat it at all Wasn’t expecting the hotel to be that quality based off of being a 2.5 star hotel I’ve stayed in a lot of 4-5 star hotels and this one was up there with them Obviously, it’s not the nicest obviously stump stuff could be better, but what you’re paying for definitely a luxury.

  We had a great stay. From the moment we walked in the door, the lady at the front desk with the long hair was very welcoming and cheerful, and made it a pleasant experience Breakfast was great and Tina HotCakes took it up 10 notches. She really made it fun and took care of you like you were in her own kitchen When it was time to check out, we were greeted again with friendly service and true appreciation for choosing Holiday Inn express The only downside is was a little bit far from downtown Nashville, but only at 8 to 10 minute drive In a way Nashville gets pretty crazy so when you’re ready to just get some rest and get away from it, it’s a good respite They did offer Uber into the city for free but we had a car so we just used our car. We use the gym as well. It was clean and everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Tina song is still in our heads - hot Cakes hot get them while they’re hot. Hotcakes hotcakes you’ll like them a lot 🤣😊
