  In all, it's a very good hotel. Gym is ok and pool could be cleaners. Breakfast was fine but I did miss some vegetables, cheese and cold cuts. A big negative is the lady workings at the breakfast. She is a bit older and cute, but she has a phrase about hotcakes she sais every morning several times and loud. It's very annoying. The first time it's ok but hearing that during the whole breakfast? I don't think some don't mind but I do know many of us find it highly annoying. I know this is not an expensive high class hotel, but still a hight standard should be a must.

  Housekeeping knocked and woke us up at 9, even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign out and check out was at 11. Pool was dirty. Front desk staff was rude when someone else brought up a problem. Also, the website lied, there were no pancakes or bacon. NEVER GOING BACK! The room was clean, but at the price we paid, that wasn't enough.

  Horrible Customer Service Experience I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Holiday Inn. Housekeeping knocked on my door at approximately 9:30 AM, well before checkout. When I checked out, I asked the front desk employee, Carlisa, what the official checkout time was and whether it was normal for housekeeping to knock on guests’ doors prior to checkout. She stated that they “do at times.” I then asked whether housekeeping is notified when guests are still checked into their rooms. Her response was, “It was not her job and they need to check the board in the back! Her tone throughout the interaction was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. When I addressed her attitude and explained that this was not the level of customer service I expected, she responded that it seems like I had an attitude I told her I was irritated by the early knock and respond. She then said that she had worked there for six years and that her customer service was great. When I asked for her name, instead of simply providing it, she pointed to her name tag. I have been an IHG member since 2013, so I am very familiar with the level of service I normally receive. Unfortunately, because I did not personally book these rooms, I am unable to submit the complaint through my account. To make matters worse, the individual who booked our two rooms received a final bill under someone else’s name. Once again, the front desk employee was unable or unwilling to provide meaningful assistance. The front desk is often the first and last impression guests have of a hotel. A dismissive, nonchalant attitude and unwillingness to assist guests reflects poorly on the entire property. I understand that issues happen, but professionalism and basic courtesy should never be optional. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I expect from a Holiday Inn and from the IHG brand. On a Positive Note: the Nice Lady that works in the kitchen area was Cheerful, Helpful and Very Pleasant!

  Very happy with our stay here for our first trip to Nashville. The over one way downtown is a really nice touch We found the rooms to be great. We found the area to be quiet and safe. We drove our EV here and found the chargers at the hotel to be nice. We did see gas car blocking chargers multiple times. The hotel should perhaps do more to make sure this doesn’t happen. Overall we would definitely stay again

  This IHG hotel hits the mark. They offered free Uber rides into areas where alot of tourists go. The staff was friendly and wanted to help. This usually doesn't happen at most Holiday Inn Express locations. The one item which the staff quickly corrected was the morning breakfast was late to open on Saturday. They had to clean the coffee machines which for me, as a early riser put a damper on my morning. But they promptly resolved it when I mentioned the issue. Fantastic service! Definitely will stay here again.
