Stayed on the 8th floor. Rooms are decent, just about what you’d get for Inn express (I guess most people forget they didn’t book a luxury hotel?). Beds are nice and the room is noisy but what more do you expect if you want to stay near downtown? The room also has a white noise machine so that was decent but I don’t think anyone has mentioned NO SMART TV!! Live music downstairs is awesome and a great addition.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY CHARGED ME $350 FOR SMOKING BECAUSE I USED A STRAIGHTENER IN THE ROOM AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME. I stayed here with my sister to attend a concert and when I left found a smoking charge based on “air/smoke quality” in the room from automatic sensors. My sister and I both do not smoke or vape. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMING GIRLS WHO USE HOT HAIR TOOLS AND WILL NOT LISTEN OR HEAR US OUT. THEY BASED THE $350 CHARGE ON A FALSE POSITIVE WITH NO CORROBORATION.

Phone didn’t work, microwave didn’t work. Water pressure was horrible. Plus the temperature of water was very touchy. Honestly, a very cracky experience. The only plus side was the location. For such a party area, my friends and I Got a noise complaint Which I would totally understand if we were actually being loud. The workers were not kind very judgy. If you were going to take anything from this review, you will get your moneys worth by going in an Airbnb lastly, a worker came in into our room when there was a do not disturb sign. With all these complaints, they did nothing to make the experience better.
They gave a Holiday Inn the bad rep they deserve.

😆 OMG. Do they know what business they are in?
When we arrived at the hotel and walked up to the front desk, there were two staff members. A female staff member was on the phone, and a male staff member was doing nothing. He must have noticed us — I was with my family — but he kept ignoring us.
We said hi, but he just stared at us and said nothing. During the check-in process, he showed no smile, no friendly gesture, and no sense of hospitality, so naturally we did not feel welcome.
A bad staff member is worse than no staff at all because one person like that can damage the hotel’s reputation. It seems the owner of the hotel does not understand that... 🤣

We stayed here on both of our previous Nashville visits. We always stayed because the location was convenient and their parking lot is big enough to park pur Rav. However, this time they changed and now charge for parking. Which would require us to pay way too much @ over $100/night on top of the room charge. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I would understand if they were busy/booked and didn't have room. But the lot was basically empty and had tons of availability. So we opted to not stay obviously. I previously would have given 5 stars, but wanted to give 1. However decided to be fair as the hotel itself was just fine. Just like many, they are getting money hungry.
