  I had originally booked my night at another hotel, and immediately had to check right back out. I made a literal last minute booking for this hotel as soon as I got into the hotel. From the minute I stepped in the front doors, Kmiyah greeted us and was so warm and welcoming - a night and day difference from where we came from. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were settled in and helped set up for a shuttle to take us to the airport the next day after late checkout. I highly recommend this hotel.

  It's under renovation. But it's still a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Right off the 40 literally by the airport, so you will hear noise from traffic and airport. But it wasn't bad. I think the staff is what made this place. Very nice and friendly.

  We had late checkouts and I had maintenece show in my room after alot of noise trying to open my door at noon! Room phone does not even have a dial tone to call the front desk! Attitude from the front desk at check in late night! Employees do not appreciate the guests they have!

  Victoria andi helped me at check-in. Our rooms were not ready until 3 PM but they were so accommodating and got us new rooms that were ready. That was amazing considering how tired I was. The next day, Victoria was faced with a difficult customer and handled it like a queen! Kudos to both these women they are a fine example of how to handle customer service!

  The first room they checked me into smelled like mold it was very disgusting didn't make it in the room for 5 minutes, the next room they failed to tell me at check in thay tje hotel is under construction. I clocked in at 3 am yesterday morning and at 830 pm they where still sanding and running power tools above my head. I tried to shower and turned on tje water and it came out the faucet brown. This place is filthy the furniture is trashed sagging and filthy. I have seen cleaner carpet in a Crack house. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. I work on tje road Monday thru Friday. This place is horrible and their way of trying g to make it right was a 1000 bonus points which I can buy on tje app for 5 dollars. Stay away
