  Shuttle? Really? Answer a phone? Nope! My mistake. Waiting for an hour at the airport shuttle pickup - nothing. Called the phone number transfer to shuttle information - not working, tried to call front desk - no answer. Thanks for wasting my time.

  I truly loved the service — everything was absolutely outstanding. The part I appreciated the most was the kindness and professionalism of the young lady at the front desk on Monday morning. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and understanding with my entire team, and that made a huge difference for us. Maya and Carla were also amazing throughout the entire experience. Thank you all so much for making us feel so welcomed. We truly appreciate everything, and we hope to come back again soon.

  I am a loyal Gold Elite member of IHG, have stayed in many IHG hotels across global, most stays are pleasant. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, the reason I chose stay here again is because I had a pleasant experience first time in March, at that trip a very nice and professional gentleman at front desk checked me in ( I only know he is the supervisor today). However today I experienced the worst front desk service ever. Sarina Patel has zero problem solving skills when I found out 25 dollars hidden charges was put on my bill, she is not only beyond rude but also very unprofessional at the role she does. If this hotel has more people like the gentleman ( the supervisor, a black guy) , it would have been a much better place to stay, unfortunately there are people like Sarina Patel ruin its reputation.

  Obviously, the rooms are due for an upgrade or a deep clean. The room floor was stick, so I recommend you bring slippers. Also, make sure you bathroom is clean before using. There was a used washcloth, that was there for a long time, and hair on the floor. Overall, great location from the airport.

  Front desk was nice, the lady checked me in and arranged a shuttle to the airport for 2pm the next day. Went back to the front desk a few hours later to cancel my shuttle and pay for parking because I decided to keep my rental car overnight (the guy ripped up the shuttle card and said not to worry about the parking fee which was nice of him). At 2am, I got woken up by a call from the shuttle driver asking where I was and he was a bit snippy at me saying that next time I should let them know. Clearly there was some miscommunication but neither of us wanted to be up at 2am so I politely told him I did let them know and left it at that. There was a big storm and power outage 5-10 minutes after I cancelled the shuttle so maybe the guy at the front desk got distracted with that and forgot to update the system or call the driver or whatever they do. I couldn't fall back asleep after that because of the noise of people talking and walking around the hallway. The noise from the airport and planes didn't bother me, and I probably could have slept through the rest of the noise if I didn't get woken up by the phone call. Bed and pillows were okay, room was not well cleaned (found an old pair of contact lenses on the nightstand), and water pressure was weak. I wouldn't stay here again.
