  Such a beautiful place! Very clean with beautiful views. Pool area was so relaxing. Very quiet area. Best customer service! Our battery was going low on our door, we messaged and within an hour someone was here to fix it. I highly recommend this wonderful property! We will be back next year 😊

  Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment for us. We had originally booked a three-night stay, but after the first night we decided to check out early and move to a different hotel. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. It simply did not feel clean or well maintained, and there were multiple things in the room that made us uncomfortable staying there. I've included photos with this review so others can see the condition we experienced rather than just taking our word for it. The noise was another major issue. We could hear so much throughout the night which made sleep difficult and minimal. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I actually ended up sleeping without a pillow because that was more comfortable, and my husband woke up extremely stiff the next morning. Between the condition of the room, the noise, and the lack of comfort, we knew after one night that we did not want to spend the remainder of our Nashville stay there. We checked out the following morning and moved to another nearby hotel. The difference in cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere was immediate and confirmed that leaving was the right decision for us. We did appreciate that after checking out early, we were ultimately able to receive a refund for the two unused nights. We're grateful that portion of the situation was resolved. Unfortunately, based on the room we received and our experience that night, we would not stay here again.

  Everything was good but the elevators were very hot and est wouldn’t open it’s doors to go down only up other than that it was okay.

  ⭐️ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Our stay at Glo Best Western in Nashville was very disappointing. The bathroom door would not close completely and had no lock, creating a serious privacy issue since the person on the bed could see into the shower. The beds were also unsafe and poorly designed. There was no box spring, and the mattresses sat on a wooden platform. Every time we sat down or moved, the mattress would slide, making it easy to lose your balance and fall. The breakfast was terrible—watery, tasteless eggs, strange-tasting sausage, hard biscuits, and waffle batter so watery that the waffles wouldn't hold together. Parking was very limited, and the surrounding area did not feel safe. Overall, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

  At first I was skeptic of the location whether there will be an Uber service since it was like 20mins to Broadway. We cancelled our car rental since we planned of staying late and knowing we will be drinking. Anyhow, the place is clean , the elevator has just that smell ( but tolerable) , the room is clean , and the staffs are kind whether its in the morning or night time. The location is safe too. And one thing that is really nice too is theres a free water bottle unlike other places we have been to where we should buy it. So thats really a plus.
