Came here for the massage and it was beyond amazing!! We felt so welcome and the staff from check in till out were super nice and friendly ! The only thing we were caught off guard was the robes were over $260 each but made out of polyester 😩 they felt like it could’ve been some sort of cotton- either way highly recommend!

The staff were exceptional, from the lobby to the pool. Very high standard that we very much appreciated during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Nashville, you will not regret. We were close and walking distance to everything happening in Nashville - can't wait to return again. Amazing and thankyou gain to everyone at Four Seasons in Nashville....

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I thought management had done the right thing. Unfortunately, after reviewing my final folio at home, I realized that wasn’t the case. This hotel markets itself as luxury, but our Fourth of July stay was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We have stayed at some of the world’s best hotels, including Bürgenstock Resort, Badrutt’s Palace, and The Breakers. This property is nowhere near that level. In fact, I’d rather stay at a Courtyard Marriott than pay Four Seasons prices for this experience. We purchased Fourth of July event tickets for $550 per person, which was the price quoted to us over the phone, by email, and online. It was a bit expensive but we expected it to be worth it because it was the ‘Four Seasons.’ At checkout, we were shocked to find our bill was significantly higher due to an additional $220 gratuity and $198 in tax. The gratuity was never disclosed or agreed to when we purchased the tickets. Also, since when is tax 18% in TN? When I questioned the additional gratuity, the manager told me he would remove the entire $220 gratuity. I accepted that and thought the issue had been resolved. After getting home and reviewing the revised folio, I discovered the charges had been rearranged instead of simply removing the gratuity as promised. The numbers no longer matched what we were told at checkout, and the final total did not reflect the $220 adjustment we were promised. This left us feeling misled. If a manager tells a guest a charge is being removed, the bill should clearly reflect that. The service throughout the event was equally disappointing. I am not a big drinker and only had 2 drinks the entire night. For the second one, I stood at the bar long enough that I finally had to ask this particular bartender if he was actually serving because he pretended I wasn’t there. Also, when I asked 3 different employees what time dessert would be removed, none of them knew. I was eventually sent to the manager just to get the answer (9:30 pm although the party didn’t end until 11). Additionally, there were water stations where guests were expected to refill their own water and despite paying premium prices for the event, there wasn’t even an open table for my husband and I. We ended up sitting on pool chairs to eat the mediocre food!! Speaking of food — as someone with food allergies, I specifically discussed my allergies before ordering room service breakfast. After eating the pancakes on July 4, I developed a significant rash. The next morning, I ordered the same pancakes again (because I didn’t realize it was the FS pancakes) and was then told I actually couldn’t have them because they contained my allergen. Thankfully, the front desk removed that charge but that should never have happened at a hotel that prides itself on luxury service. To make matters worse, we paid ~$1,200 for a standard room that had a persistent plumbing or sewer odor coming from the bathroom. For the amount Four Seasons charges, I expected exceptional service, transparency, and a good experience. Instead, we experienced poor service, inconsistent communication, allergy concerns, questionable billing, and a manager who did not follow through on what he promised. This stay completely changed my opinion of the Four Seasons brand. We will not be returning.

We had a really nice stay at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville on Demonbreun Street. The location was convenient for walking around downtown, and the room felt clean, quiet, and comfortable after a busy day. The staff was polite and helpful without making things feel too formal. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel experience with a good balance of luxury and ease.

I don't write very many reviews but this experience needs one. This was a daddy daughter weekend for my daughter's 11th birthday to see Ed Sheeran, her favorite artist. The hotel literally had a chocolate covered CD with an Ed Sheeran cut out in the center in our room when we arrived. Balloons. Cake. The whole 9 yards. It was unbelievable. My daughter's jaw hit the floor when we walked in. On top of that amazing birthday surprise, the hotel was beautiful. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect for the stadium with the pedestrian walking bridge right by the hotel. The front desk guy was so helpful. I so wish I remembered his name. If he's reading this review he will know who I am. Everyone was amazing. We travel a lot, both with kids and without. It's hard to find a real 5 star experience, not the fancy fufu part.. that's easy.. but the human part. The part where people really care about your experience. That happened here. Usually we have to leave the country to find that level of service. But my daughter and I found it at Four Seasons in Nashville. 5 star experience all around! Please give a big thank you to the person who put together my daughter's birthday surprise!
