  Room we were given (room 911 - barely 200 SF) felt very claustrophobic. Tiny vertical window and uneven concrete ceiling (see photos) made it feel like a prison cell. We were supposed to be given an upgrade (booked through Amex TS) but you guessed it:”nothing available”, even though we booked what is supposed to be higher tier “silver room”. For $500/night, it’s a terrible value.

  Very good location if you wanna be down town, Nashville. There is a bar and a restaurant at the hotel and you are also in walking distange to a lot of things like restaurants, bars and stores.

  3 jackets were left behind when we checked out, that's our fault. Called the next day when we realized it and was told they were there. Filed out the paper work we were asked to. A week later we called and they said they were there and they created and charged us for a packing ticket. 2 days later those jackets mysteriously belong to someone who left them at the restaurant, all 3 of the exact same description belonged to someone at the restaurant. A week after we filed the report and 3 days after a tracking ticket was created... Now no one will return a phone call to explain this.
