  June 2026. We paid and booked weeks in advanced. Arrived at 1am in the morning. Was told sorry we are full. The guy at the reception desk was useless and said I’ve got no where for you. I then spoke to a police officer who walked into the building and was told it’s a civil matter. So there we are 3 women (one pregnant) on our own at 1am in the morning. Bullshit service. Would NEVER recommend. Safety, security and reliability is nothing this hotel offers

  I would not recommend staying here. We arrived around 10 p.m. in a group. Our room had not been swept, mopped, or vacuumed. The ice bucket had mildew on the lid and the surfaces had not been wiped down. I was just going to go to bed and ask the front desk if they would make sure that the room was cleaned before we returned the next day. I went to take a quick shower only to find a booger on the shower wall. I immediately went to the front desk to get a new room. The front desk worker was fine, however, he did say that he would take me to show me a room to make sure that I “liked” it. I don’t have to like it, but I’m not paying for a disgusting room. We switched rooms and the second one was much cleaner. I went to pull the blinds down and discovered someone’s hand print and genitalia print left on the window, or as my daughter referred to it, “balls on the window, not the walls”. I just pulled the blinds down and went to sleep. The next morning, we went down for breakfast and my daughter poured milk on her Fruit Loops. The milk was clabbered and had expired five days prior. I wish that I could say something was good about the hotel, but the only thing that I’ve got is, it’s not a bad location. Edit to add: As I was leaving getting ready to leave this morning, a 2-3 inch cockroach was crawling all over the bathroom counter and sink.

  I stay in hotels for work m - f. In the past, I have stayed at Crown Plaza hotels; let me say this is no Crown Plaza. This place has nice rooms and a nice lobby, but it is severely understaffed. Also, this hotel is in the flight path of BNA Airport. Jets take off with a one-minute interval. They are very loud. I know the hotel can't control this, but as a PSA to customers. It gets very loud here. Also, the breakfast options are sandwiches you heat in the microwave, a muffin, or cereal.

  The front desk lady (Oakland)was fantastic! The hotel was very clean & comfortable and the breakfast was great (prepared by Daina). Highly recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza in Nashville!

  Brutal. Do not stay here. Place looks like it is closed and the pictures fake or at least disingenuous. No front desk. No bar or restaurant. No store to even but water. Its a ghost town and evident everyone is disappointed with quality expected of a Crowne Plaza. Avoid at all costs. Person hidden behind the check i desk was friendly and kind—so I could not in good conscience give them or her a 1. Other than her—the place is awful.
