  Air Conditioning didnt work in our room, rooms were nasty, bathroom door wouldnt shut. Also, the breakfast buffet that is advertised on their website, is cereal and toast. Not the "breakfast buffet" you would normally have. Save your money, go somewhere else!

  Horrible hotel dark and horrible lighting, the rooms smell like mildew and some things in the room like the sink was damaged, bed sheets don’t look very clean at all. The new management here is terrible also on the page they used the old hyatts photos for the rooms and can’t even add a updated pictures of the rooms yet when you go on Apple Maps all the reviews are in Chinese too. Just a very dirty room I also noticed there tend to be some homeless people that hang around outside??

  Ew. Just ew. Do not bother. It seriously looks like they took a hotel that has been vacant for 20 years, slapped a new name on it, and just started operating. The hallways smell, hot, everything is dark, dirty, and dated. I wish I could get a refund. I guess you really do get what you pay for. My husband just said “depression disguised as a hotel”.

  So disgusted with my stay at BNA Suites on Nashville, by the Airport. I don't like leaving a bad review, but people need to KNOW and REALIZE what they're in for. As an IHG Member for years this is by far the worst hotel I've encountered. Unworthy of the IHG branding. The first room I was offered on the 2nd floor smelled rotten, so we requested another. We received a room on the 5th that smelled better. After dinner we returned to turn the sheets to see first stains and large crumbs!!! We requested new sheets, which had stains on them as well and made our bed. The carpeting and seating throughout the entire hotel is stained and very dated. The TV was from 2007! Went to take a shower and halfway through the shower the water turned scalding hot, the cold water valve failed, no cold water available. Maintenance man said we needed to change rooms. Got to our 3rd room, went to get into bed, and the entire carpet next to the window was saturated with water. There was a large pink water stain on the ceiling from a roof leak. This hotel is not in good maintained condition. Never saw a maid the entire time. I cannot fathom why IHG lists this hotel as one in their chain.

  The rooms were absolutely disgusting. I originally booked for 2 nights and I could not do it. I only ended up staying one night to work out somewhere else to stay. The hotel needs a full remodel and a serious deep clean. The spare pillows had someone else’s hair on it. There was dust everywhere. The tv did not work. The spare bed in the couch was filthy. The previous name was “Hyatt Place Airport Hotel” and looking through those reviews, the new owners did not fix anything. Fortunately, I did not see any pests but that was the only thing this room had going for it. I didn’t even trust the breakfast because I was concerned about the sanitation practices due to the way the room looked. Location was PERFECT! Only about a 7 minute drive from the airport and staff were nice and helpful. But there’s a reason this place is so cheap. I’ve had cleaner rooms at Inn’s. I hate to leave such a negative review but I want other to be fully aware of what they’re paying for.
