  When we got there the room key that they gave us was to a room that was in use however they explained why. Somebody had booked at another Best Western but did not like the way it was set up or something like that so they asked to be transferred to the one that we were in so whenever we open the door we saw stuff and said sorry and just close the door we didn't see anybody inside. If I were you I would not before opening the door. The swimming pool was really nice and clean although we didn't go swimming in it but we could see it from our room window. We looked behind the lamp in our room and there was a lot of like Candy trash back there.

  My expectations were not high for the rate in Nashville, however once you were in the hotel and parked, were okay. Homeless surrounded the place but never bothered us. We did Lyft the whole time and worth it. Service was fine, a little rough in English. Beds super comfy! Carpets could use a good shampoo!

  Location good for fairgrounds. Chair was broken when arrived, but replaced. Fan not working in bathroom. Cereal chewy at breakfast, attendant said air did it .

  The room has stains on the curtains, stains on the bedding, stains on the walls, stains in the bathtub, the floors were stained, and the ceiling had cracks and a big gaping hole in the bathroom. However, the staff was really nice and courteous. Just, in was so dirty.

  Very clean rooms, attentive staff and location was consistently a less than $10 Lyft ride to downtown and the airport. Not much to walk to around the hotel but there’s a great Irish pub a couple of blocks away.
