AVOID BOOKING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!! Friendlyness of the staff at the reception. Never want to cancel my reserversation on my arriving. I have never stayed there. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an absolute nightmare. When we arrived, the hotel had apparently been taken over by a massive group of around 150 bikers. Throughout the evening and late into the night, the constant roar of motorcycle engines echoed through the property, making it impossible to relax. The hallways, common areas, and even parts of the hotel felt more like a rowdy biker rally than a hotel. Guests were drinking beer openly throughout the property, cigarette smoke drifted through areas where it absolutely should not have been, and loud music blasted from multiple locations well into the night. The atmosphere became increasingly chaotic and intimidating. Instead of feeling like paying guests, we felt trapped in an environment that was completely out of control. Most concerning of all was the sense of insecurity this created. We genuinely did not feel safe. The noise, the drinking, the smoking, and the complete lack of respect for other guests made the entire experience deeply uncomfortable. We brought our concerns directly to the hotel manager, hoping that some action would be taken to restore order. Unfortunately, our complaints were met with indifference. No meaningful effort was made to address the situation, and we were essentially left to endure it.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We arrived after traveling all the way from Canada, only to be taken to a room that hadn’t even been cleaned. The door was literally wide open when we got there, and we honestly thought someone was still staying in it. The room was filthy. We went back to the front desk, and they moved us to another room on the second floor. That room was even worse. There were bugs everywhere—under the carpet and throughout the room. We immediately went back downstairs to let them know. Since we had nowhere else to stay on our first night, we agreed to look at one more room. Unbelievably, they brought us to another dirty room. We even asked one of the housekeepers if they knew there were bugs, and she laughed and said, “Yes.” At that point, we left and had to book another hotel at the last minute. We were in this hotel for less than 30 minutes, and every single room they showed us was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like we were the problem for expecting a clean, bug-free room. There was no professionalism, no apology, and no real attempt to make things right. Don’t let the cheap price fool you. It is not worth it. I’ve never felt so gross after spending only 30 minutes somewhere. We will never stay here again, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and book somewhere else.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (0/5 Stars) If I could give this hotel ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I booked what was clearly advertised as a King Suite with Roll-In Shower and Sofa Bed, a 549-square-foot suite that sleeps up to four people. The photos showed a spacious suite layout with a separate living area, dining space, kitchenette, sofa bed, and a much larger overall room configuration. Based on those photos and descriptions, I paid over $1,000 for a four-night stay expecting to receive the room that was advertised. When I arrived, I was given what appears to be nothing more than a standard king room with a sofa shoved into it. It looked absolutely nothing like the suite shown in the listing. The spacious suite, kitchenette, dining area, and overall layout featured in the booking photos were nowhere to be found. When I politely questioned the discrepancy, the front desk employee was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of listening to my concerns or attempting to resolve the issue, he immediately insisted that I had the “correct room type” and essentially brushed me off. There was no effort to explain why the room I received did not match the photos and description I booked based upon. To make matters worse, the sofa in the room is stained and visibly dirty. I wouldn’t even consider sitting on it, let alone sleeping on it as a sofa bed. For a property charging these rates, cleanliness and room condition should be a basic expectation. The biggest issue here is the misleading advertising. If you’re going to advertise a large suite with specific amenities and layouts, then that’s what guests should receive. Customers should not have to argue at check-in about whether the room they booked actually matches the room they were given. For over $1,000, I expected: • The room type that was advertised. • A clean and usable sofa bed. • Professional customer service. • Staff willing to address legitimate concerns. Instead, I received: • A room that does not appear to match the advertised photos. • A stained sofa. • A rude front desk experience. • Complete indifference to customer concerns. Travelers should take screenshots of the room descriptions and photos before booking because what is advertised and what you may actually receive appear to be two very different things. Extremely disappointed. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting to receive the accommodations they paid for.

There is plenty of parking unless you are a big truck or pulling a trailer, then a parking spot big enough to fit in is miserable to find. I stopped here on a personal trip, tired, rainy out, in the throws of a wicked migraine, and a fan of Best Western hotels in general, I figured this was going to be the good night's sleep I needed. I was wrong! The room I had was a king suite (it had a kitchen in it with a stove, sink, full size refrigerator, and a small dinette table with three chairs). Upon entering the room, the air conditioning was not on at all so the room was very hot and humid. I turned the AC on immediately, but it took a few hours to cool the room (the air was not super cold, and the even with the fan setting to high, it was not a great flow). Bonus to BW beciase the room was clean! After the walk through the hallway to get to my room, a clean room was actually a surprise and very impressive. The hallway smelled like microwaved fish and Marijuana....to be honest, I had a migraine so the smell may have been a bit more over the top for me than it actually was (but imagine JackMac being microwaved in the work break room kind of smell). The bed was comfortable in my room, but the pillows were not. The rooms have very thin walls because I could hear toilets flush, doors open, door handles, and people talking. I could not close the heavy black out curtains because they cover the AC unit, and we desperately needed the air over a dark room! I would not recommend this hotel as a stop if passing through. I would highly recommend stopping someplace a little more west of this hotel, or passing through the city for another 20 or so miles and getting a much nicer hotel outside of the city. Also, the price was very confusing. I was told originally it would be around 145 and 30$ for a pet fee, and then when I was going to pay I was told it was 220 something and the pet fee had to be on a separate transaction. In the end, I was only charged the 145, but am to this day confused about why my receipt was for 220 something? The amount of time it took the gentleman at the desk to get me booked, I could have booked myself online. Again, I had a migraine and really could not make the booking online hence why I went to the counter...and the time it took may be completely normal for hotels, I just always have booked on an app so am not aware of the time at the desk booking. I am a BW frequent flyer, but this one was well below my expectations. This BW recieved 3 stars because I have stayed in hotels (not BW) that are far worse, and again, my room was clean. I do not tend to use any of the amenities at hotels, so I cannot say anything regarding gym, laundry, or pool, business center....not even sure if they had all of that.
