  Hi had the embarrassment of making booking a week ahead of the date I actually needed. In addition, I made the reservation through a third-party. Ricky provided excellent customer service, and provided me the assistance necessary for me to get a refund and booking for the night. He is awesome!

  This location is very close to the airport don’t stay if you sleep lightly or don’t like the site of low flying planes. That said, it’s perfect for anyone else seeking a quaint stay, hot shower, impeccable bed/pillows, hot breakfast and the best check in experience in Nashville with Angel or Kendrick.

  While the staff were excellent, Rachelle (sp?) at check in and Angel in the morning (sounds like a line in a 1980's song 😜), the airplane traffic was a little bit of a nuisance. The room was a decent size with a mini fridge, but no microwave or coffee maker.

  Wonderful stay, exceptional staff, saved a rough travel day We stayed at the Avid Hotel Nashville Airport from June 24-26 and honestly, this hotel turned around what started as a pretty rough travel day. I'd had a rental car debacle with Hertz nearby, with no car available despite a prepaid reservation. Luckily there's an Enterprise about a mile away, and even though the hotel shuttle wasn't able to take me there, it ended up being a quick, easy walk. Small thing, but worth mentioning for anyone in the same boat. From the moment we arrived, the staff made the whole stay feel effortless. Every single day we were greeted with a genuine smile, and I was even addressed by name, and that kind of personal touch and respect for guests doesn't go unnoticed. Props to every staff member we interacted with during our stay; the whole team was consistently warm and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and the surrounding area was really nice too. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the little touches with the ice buckets by the machine and the filtered water available for guests. It's clear this hotel pays attention to the details that make a stay feel easy and pleasant. The location was also a big plus for airport access and nearby amenities. All around, this was a fantastic stay, and the staff alone would bring me back. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hotel near Nashville Airport that actually cares about its guests.

  I stayed at this location 1 night for work. Service: Staff very friendly & helpful. Location: Nearby the airport so expect to hear planes overhead. There have been past issues with vehicle break-ins but I fared okay during my stay. Room(s): Room as pictured. Like the layout & modern feel. On the small side but I prefer this. I’m a huge fan of hooks, shelves, benches, etc - places to hang or place belongings - so I loved that! Complaint(s): My only complaints pertain to cleanliness. I bring my only cleaning wipes for surfaces and always do a basic wipe down upon check-in. I was a little disappointed by the result. Some surfaces dirtier than others, shower floor a little grungy, and what looked like blood on part of the headboard. Other: 1) Be aware that parking is $10 per night, 2) no freezer slot in mini fridge or ice machine (at least on my floor) and 3) although free breakfast is offered I did not partake so I can’t speak on that. Overall, not a bad stay for the rate especially if cleanliness standard was a little higher - would probably stay again.
