    Firstly the staff in this hotel were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a nice area. However, the one major downside of this hotel is that it's located right at the end of the runway and the night I was staying the aircraft were taking off directly over the top of the hotel once every 60-90 second or so. The aircraft noise was so loud (see attached video) that I started wearing earplugs and used an app on my phone to generate white noise to try and drown out the surging jet engine noise, evenso I only managed a very fitful nights sleep.

    Decent hotel but they did not clean the room for entire of our 4 night stay. Angel and Richie were amazing, super helpful but our stay was disappointing because of no room cleaning. First Day no cleaning at all (we had to get new towels) Second Day they change to towels but did not make the bed or clean the room at all Third Day they changed towels and made the bed but did not do basic mop or any room cleaning. Nice new building so that felt nice but being close to airport the sound cancellation could be better. No microwave or coffee maker in the room but the breakfast was decent and did not miss not having coffee maker in the room.

    Nice location, comfortable rooms, decent included breakfast and free local shuttle from the airport. Standout smiling service by lovely Angel at the front counter. She deserves an Olympic Gold Medal for her great service!

    Stayed at this hotel for 2 days and didn’t have the best time. The first night the smoke detectors went off at 3:30 am and woke the whole hotel. False alarm they said and told us to go back to bed. The breakfast here is honestly the worst we have had at a hotel. Very poor quality of food. Other negative thing is that the planes from the airport fly right over the hotel which makes things very loud. Plus side is the staff is friendly and it’s a pretty clean place.

    The customer service from Richie was excellent he was very polite and helpful at all times. The location is great. This my first time staying at the hotel franchise it was two things that I didn’t like here. First of all the water in the shower so weak I felt like I was taking a cool shower then you couldn’t Bluetooth the tv. I haven’t been to hotel in years were you have to bring a fire stick or device to stream.
