so I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and I enjoyed it because of Angel and Miss P. Angel was amazing from check in to checkout. i was in town for a medical procedure and i was all by myself and i was SO anxious and she gave me a huge hug and told me it would be okay. and she was right!!! i worked in the hotel industry for 15 very long years and if i had ever at any point had a GSA like her I would probably still be in the industry. what a wonderful human. it didn't feel fake either. i felt like she genuinely wanted to help me calm my nerves. and she bought me a Dr Pepper. Miss P was SO SWEET!!!!! i went down a few times in the evening and she was there holding it down. she asked me questions about myself and my trip and she was hilarious too. i really enjoyed interacting with her. if i am ever back in Nashville this is going to be my hotel of choice based on staff alone. the bed was comfortable and i slept pretty good! i wish that the old PTACs that stayed on all night were still a thing but other than that, the room was great and quiet, the cupboard downstairs was STOCKED with all sorts of goof stuff, and they have a shuttle. please stay here. this hotel deserves it.

This hotel was great because of Angel! She is amazing! After a really long roadtrip, it was such a treat to be greeted by such a sunshine. We couldn’t stop talking about how great she was the whole trip. Angel if you see this - you are a light. Whatever your ambitions are do it because you are exceptional! Otherwise - good hotel. It was clean and felt safe. The planes overhead are loud but it didn’t bother us inside the rooms. The kids enjoyed it a lot.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, and angel who works the front desk is truly an angel! She is so sweet, and knowledgeable. We even had some trouble at the air port and she stayed in contact with us until we made it back safe and sound. Will definitely be staying here again.

Although I am accustomed to being treated with courtesy with the acknowledgment of my Diamond Elite status, I was pleasantly surprised when that same level of respect and professionalism was bestowed without my IHG status being readily revealed! Ms. Angel is one of the most enduring Hospitality Attendants I have ever had the privilege to encounter, and I will continue to frequent IHG as long as business professionals such as she remains customer-facing! Angel, thank you for the grace when I needed it most!!!! You are an incredible human!!!!

This was a convenient location, nice, clean room and good price. The service though was phenomenal. Best service I have ever received at a hotel. The person working the front desk during the day on 7/21 and 7/22/2026 was great. Her name was Aryel or Angel ( I wrote the name down just so I would have it for this review, but now I can't find it.) I was in town for a funeral and she did everything she could to be accomodating and make my stay as smooth as possible. If you manage this hotel, give this lady a raise - she was awesome and it doing great work for your hotel.
