  Im giving them a 5 star rating because everytime i've come to tennessee, the clarksville area, the hotels are disgusting. The breakfast looked terrible, we over paid for the quality of rooms they provide but atleast it was clean and well maintained.

  Very comfortable hotel. Love the bar and grill. Frank the bartender and the person who I ordered my food from took great care of me and the other guests.

  My wife and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel recently and had a very nice stay. The facility is clean and modern, and the rooms were very nice and super quiet, even though this hotel is located near the freeway. It's also located in an area with lots of sidewalks and trees - perfect for an early morning walk. The staff was kind and accommodating, especially Miriam, who works mornings in the restaurant. What a gem of an employee they have in her. Miriam was so kind, pleasant, and very helpful. The only negative thing I want to point out here, and it's just a suggestion... The breakfast was $12 and with so many hotels offering free breakfast, it seems high. To go along with that thought, I never saw more than two people in the restaurant at one time. In two days of staying there, I probably saw five people in that restaurant in total. Seems like other people may feel the same way about the price. You may consider testing other price points and offers to see what resonates with your guests. Thanks to everyone working at this hotel for making our stay a pleasant one.

  We stayed here for a conference at a nearby hotel. I usually don't complain, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable. We asked for a mattress topper or something, but either they were all being used or they just didn't offer them. My wife had Walmart deliver a couple of them to the lobby and we put them on the beds. Still not very comfortable.. We ended up leaving them there, so if you got that room after us, you're welcome! Breakfast was decent but pretty standard.

  Im a bit of a hotel snob so I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here! The night shift girl at the counter who i believe her name was Natasha was absolutely amazing. We had just come from a 8 hour drive and it was like 4am and I was expecting check in to be a nightmare but she made it quick and easy literally less than 5 minutes. Our room was super clean. We had stayed the night before in another property in Indiana and changed rooms twice before I requested cleaning products to clean it myself so I was expecting more of the same here. I had met the housekeeper in the morning and she did not speak very good English but she was very patient in figuring out what I needed even with the language barrier and was super sweet. After checking out we got 2 hours away before realizing my husband forgot something super important so we called and the manager retrieved it and put it up for us to grab when we got back. The reason its not getting a full 5 star is the beds! They were so uncomfortable My back and hips hurt so much from sleeping on it. It was just super hard. Another negative is the breakfast.. you have to pay for it and its just your normal hotel breakfast, powdered eggs bacon and waffles. I would definitely go somewhere else for breakfast.
