  No Kleenex in dispenser. No coffee maker in rooms. Hinges to bathroom badly needed oiling. They made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Refrigerators don’t have freezer compartment. AC barely cooled the room.

  The hotel itself wasnt bad but we checked in and dropped out stuff off and went out to eat then came back and went to the pool. The next morning I got up and went to take my medicine and I had 9 pills from my prescription medicine missing! I have never had medicine go missing before so for the next hour I sat and thought about my every move since leaving my house. My medicine had not left my house since sunday July 26th when we went to pack and I put it in my suitcase. At 730 AM I go to talk to the manager and he says he will check cameras and the log to our room to see who had entered. Manager was very nice at this point. We come back after our appt (about 4 hours later) and he said he had not had a chance to look at everything and to give him a hour. I asked him if I needed to call the police to get the log and he said no he would give it to me when I got back. My plan was to get the proof and call the cops. I come back and his whole demeanor changed. He told me he would not be giving me a copy of the log and I told him I would have to call the cops. He said he understood and he walked away. I filed a police report and also called corporate for holiday inn express and they said they would call me within 24-48 hours and that was monday around 1 PM and I still have not heard from them. I want to see my log to my room and they refuse which tells me all I need to know! Do not stay at this hotel or if you do.. leave ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THE ROOM! I learned my lesson thats for sure!

  Stayed here for the night on our way home from Nashville. Room was big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was good! And front desk associates were nice and helpful. They only had one working elevator and it was really slow.

  Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very accommodating. Helped with a request for a cot. Nice outdoor pool. Nice area with a fire to sit around in the evening. Breakfast was great. Overall great value compared to other hotels in the area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very nice community.
