I was told by the receptionist that it was renovated completely and the reviews were from the past hotel it use to be. DONT LET THE REVIEWS MISLEAD YOU!!!!! Definitely would stay again!

Tried to check-in around 3:15PM but we weren’t permitted to check-in at that time although the information the hotel had provided indicated that check-in time was anytime after 3:00PM. We had made a special 20 minute trip, through awful Murfreesboro traffic, from a local soccer tournament we were participating in only to be denied. Supposedly, our room had not been cleaned. When asked when we could check-in, the woman at the reception desk had no clue. The next morning when checking-out, I requested a small refund for the inconvenience we had experienced. Again, the woman at the reception desk said she couldn’t authorize a refund but would have the manager call. As of today (4/15), no call so far.

The beds were not comfortable. My wife and I both failed to get a good night's rest. We tried to get some extra towels in the morning, but they couldn't give us any at the time because their housekeeper wasn't available, despite it being around 8AMish. Their YouTube app isn't set up on the tvs. For a brand new hotel, this place sure seems to falling apart. Find a different place to stay.
- RPRenee ParworthApr 11, 20261.0I booked a king bed and a sofa sleeper. They gave me just a king bed and when I went to the front desk to tell them I booked it they said they had no room available for me. What really upset me was that I booked it through my IHG membership on purpose so that this wouldn’t happen. When I called the manager of IGH to explain my situation she hung up on me. Very upsetting! Had to drive another hour to find a hotel.
