  The rooms are very clean,no bugs. The beds are very comfortable. But mainly the staff working here are amazing! Will recommend them.

  First, i want to give credit where credit is due. The very nice young indian woman at the front front desk did everything in her power to accommodate me, and try to get me a room that was satisfactory. She was cooperative, understanding and very patient! Which is the only reason why i am giving this place two stars. The rooms: i went through three different rooms. The first room i could not even access, because it looked like someone had previously kicked the door in from the outside, and the keyreader was in disarray. I went back to the front desk to try a second room. The second room had the ac unit turned off for some reason and the inside of the room was nearly 100 degrees inside. I turned on the air conditioning unit to be met with only half of the unit functioning blowing cold air while the other half was blowing nothing. I went back to the front desk. Again she gave me another room key to another room. When i went inside, it seemed ok at first, but upon further inspection after a brief shower, the boxspring sheets at the bottom of the beds were filthy and disgusting stained with dried body fluids, the floors upon closer inspection had not seen a mop in months if not years. The final straw was again, the air conditioning unit that was not fully sealed and attached to its docking base, and you could see outside of the room through the side of the unit! It was not possible for the room to remain cool because of this oversight to maintain their ac units. This best western is not deserving of the company logo. This is most definitely a MOTEL and not a hotel whatsoever! Finally, i went back to the front desk and canceled my reservation. I do not recommend this motel. Stay away! To the owners of this motel: OVERHAUL AND UPDATE YOUR FACILITIES. Stop being cheap and fix/replace your ac units and hire some real professional contractors to completely demo and overhaul your outdated and shoddy motel with proper building methods, appliances, and proper SEALING METHODS from the outside elements. Get it together!

  I do not recommend this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk employee said she could not find my reservation. I showed her the reservation in the Best Western app, explained that I had booked it using points, and even showed her the confirmation number. She continued to insist that I did not have a reservation and would not give me a room. It was not until I said I would file a complaint with Best Western corporate and showed her that I am a Platinum member that she finally gave me a room. The entire situation was beyond ridiculous. I was already exhausted from traveling, and the dinner I had just picked up was cold by the time this was resolved. A confirmed reservation should never be this difficult to honor, and the situation could have been handled much more professionally.
