  Do not recommend. Room was dirty (torn carpet, broken curtains, dirty countertop, hair on “clean” towels). We checked in very late and just rolled with it since we got one of the last rooms. Went to swim the next morning when the pool opened, and everything was still locked up, beer bottles, cigarette butts, and trash everywhere from someone partying the night before. Decided to not swim since everything looked questionable and just eat breakfast. Soda machine was out of CO2, and when staff were told they did nothing. Cranberry was out of flavoring, and milk was empty. Overall a very disappointing stay. When we mentioned the room issues at checkout we were told they’d absolutely give us a partial refund to make it right. Which it has been over a month and did not happen. There are much nicer hotels in the area for the money- don’t make the same mistake we did.

  Paid a lot of money for a "SUITE" it was in rough shape for a suite. never cleaned the room when we were away. they came once and gave us one new towel. the rest of the days never came back. left the trash in the room. bathroom had blood stains, and other stains all over the shower. the walls were terribly painted, doors were half painted, ac unit is so loud you can't even hear the tv when it's on. BUT that loud ac came in handy since there was a bunch of people 3 nights in a row partying at the pool until past midnight. blasting music and talking and laughing so loud. not totally the hotels fault, but they could have some security or something to stop people from partying too late. the breakfast was mediocre. the fridge in the room was nice. so there is some positive here. Again too much money for a "SUITE". the room would be fine if it only cost $200 but $630 for this quality. I would never stay here again

  Great stay! Rooms and premises were clean, staff was friendly, and dog friendly was a huge plus. Would stay here again!

  I’ve stayed here multiple times. 07 April - 30 September 2025 and 05-19 July 2026 (for military). I have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel and the front desk staff, they always treat me like family anytime I stay. The maid staff is always friendly and nice as well.
