  6/6/26 - 6/9/26 I came into town for a three day mini vacation getaway with my younger sister. We made the reservation in a moments notice. Without any previous planning and only knowing what we wanted to see in the city of Nashville. We picked the (Holiday inn suites Mt Juliet )solely for its proximity to multiple shopping centers as well as a theater and dozens of restaurant and other fun activity nearby like Nashville Shores Water park. I’d like to give a heartfelt thank you too this establishment and its entire staff who made my stay extremely enjoyable. The Front desk attendances Felicia, Shannon and darn !!(I know I’m for forgetting someone please forgive me )..we’re extremely attentive,friendly and knowledgeable. This made check-in and out quick and easy. As well as WiFi setup on my phone and iPad. I’d also like to give an even (Bigger) thanks to (Mrs. Marrell )and the entire breakfast prep staff. Those guys were so awesome. Breakfast was fresh and delicious daily included everything you needed to start your day off right. They all were so inviting/approachable, and made me feel at home. This staff doesn’t even know they changed my attitude each day from a negative to a positive with just a few simple smiles and “Good mornings” each day.. Housman/housekeeping were great also. I never used turn down service or refresher but I did exchange towels and bedding daily so I’d like to thank them for putting up with me. Sincerely,(Room 239)

  Indoor pool wasn't open. Check when you book to see if breakfast is included or anything else that you will think that's included with your stay. Wi-Fi would not connect. My 2nd time at this location. First was great. Then I thought I booked it for the second time, but it was the other location about 3 or 4 blocks over. Imagine that...Indoor pool closed at this one. 3rd time back to the original hotel. And this is the start and finish of this booking.

  The hotel is nice but they were severely short staffed and they did a poor job of cleaning the rooms. We were finding olf food in the fridge. We had spots on the floor were it wasn't cleaned properly. One of the clerks was super aggressive about quiet hour when all she had to do was simply explain it. No one knew there was a quiet hour nor was it explain at check in. Most of the staff was really nice. Most of the staff was really nice. The shining star was Christina. She was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed for our events at the hotel. She did most of it solo too. She's the only reason I didn't rate it a 2.

  The moment we tried to check in, the lines were long with one person working the Reception. Took about one hour to check in. The first two morning breakfasts they ran out of any sausage or bacon or whatever they were having. I talked to the manager about them running out and he was surprised to hear this. Yeah, I wasn’t the only one that wasn’t getting the full breakfast. And concerning maid service: we had maid service the first two nights but tonight the third night no maid service. The beds you see in the picture and the trashcan and the restroom is the way it looked after we came to our room around 10:30 pm. My wife called the desk asking for towels, and they said they could not bring it because only one person was working in the reception. So she went down and there were three people working and yet they couldn’t even take time to bring us any towels. And then tonight we were talking to our friends in the lobby area at a normal tone of voice when the receptionist came up to us and rebuked us telling us that this is called quiet time, and that if we cannot speak like we’re in a library in a whisper that we should take our conversations outside. The last I checked, we booked a hotel not a library. I later asked the receptionist if there are rooms downstairs where people could be disturbed next to the lobby and she said no, but our Voice could travel to the second floor. Can you believe this? If our voice in the normal tone can reach the second floor we have problems with construction then. This has been the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for well over a decade. They need to get their act together at this hotel.

  I checked in to a avid room as the Holiday Inn was booked . The floor was fithy wit h dedicated bugs, and dust bunnies. The shower was filthy as well. The bed cover had blood stains on it.
