  Your front desk staff need to be more happy when greeting guests. It’s depressing when not being greeted w/a smile & a courteous greeting from all involved.

  My Wife and I had a great time at this hotel. The location was great, and we enjoyed all the food options right next to the hotel. Plenty of parking all around the location. The front check in staff is super friendly, and they even called us to make sure we were still coming. Which was great because I was gonna call them because we were coming in around 6/7pm but they called us. We were at a rest stop only 40mins from the hotel so that's a tip for those traveling to this location. Traffic wasn't terrible around that time either. The location was clean, and looked really nice. The room was clean as well, and plenty of space in our King Suite. I always like to get King Suites for the room, and comes with the sleeper sofa as well. We will stay at this location again soon around for our Anniversary around October we will be traveling through so we will stay on our way to our final destination, and on the way back home. Thank You for a great stay, and the place was quiet as well. Higher floors are nicer in my opinion, and can give you nice views depending on what side of the hotel you are on. 😉

  Felicia at the front desk was amazing. Checking in and checking out was a great experience... She is excellent at her job, friendly, outgoing, and makes a person feel welcome. Its hard to find great customer service nowadays. I will definitely be visiting this establishment again but until then, BYE Felicia!!!

  I called the local number to book my 2 rooms under 2 names and was charged for 2 rooms per reservation. The lady I talked to represented herself as hotel staff. Upon arrival I was told my room had been booked thru priceline and I'd have to get the correction made thru them and that the hotel had already been paid and could not make changes. I called Priceline and was told I booked thru "Get a room" and was offered an email as the only contact. I looked up Get a Room and found a customer service number which went to a computerized service that told me I needed to dispute my issue with the hotel and hung up. I called discover and disputed the charges. We'll see how it goes. Other than that it was an awful stay. We stayed 3 nights and never once got room service. We tried to use the indoor pool but the water was too cold. Sure it was in the upper 90's outside but the water temp was in the 60 degree range. There were no towels at the pool and we could not bring towels from our room due to the lack of room service. After a full day of traveling and the fiasco at check in we didnt feel up to going far for dinner so we decided to dine at the Burger Theory in the lobby. After nearly 2 hours of waiting for our food that came out 1 plate at a time the waitress comped our food and we only paid for our drinks. The one bright spot was the 1st morning I over slept and made down to breakfast right at closing and the gentleman breaking down the continental breakfast left the food out for us and cleaned around us. Of course he was likely gonna throw the the food out anyway
