    Look I used to be a Holiday inn lover but I'm running into more Holiday inns that are charging extra for breakfast and that was that used to be one of the benefits of staying at a holiday inn. I mean yeah the room is clean and it looked pretty good the shower was great the amenities are awesome. The TV remote didn't work, but I was able to use my phone as a remote. However, I'm just sore about the paying for breakfast thing, which wasn't expected. Maybe this is the new norm now?

    Black mold, no AC in our room, smelled like a boys gym locker room- dank and wet. Update, it is now 6 days after we found the black mold in our room and the manager is ghosting us. I want to ask her a few questions and she refuses to get on the phone with me.

    I prepaid for a room and they charged me again TWICE when I stayed the night. I’ve called and emailed and they always say there’s no manager to resolve the issue. It’s scummy so unless you don’t want to lose your hard earned money don’t bother staying here

    My Quadrapledic son in law. Booked a room for 4 days. To be with his family. For the first time since accident 5 years ago. For his sons travel baseball game. Your hotel LIED about handicap showers in room. You gave him a regular shower. My precious daughter had to bathe he precious husband over the toilet with the special rolling shower chair she brought from home. Your hotel ruined his first experience from home. The team specifically asked for a room with wheelchair access shower for him. And was told he was booked in that type of room. And on 2nd floor. He is so precious, he and my daughter endured it to not let the team down. I have traveled the world and never seen a hotel chain treat a handicap person so disgusting.
