We had a nice stay overall. Our room was clean and the pool was lovely and heated, which we really enjoyed. A special shout-out to Jennifer at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, helpful, and really stood out as one of the best parts of our stay. The main area that needs improvement is the bathroom. There was hair left in the shower, some residue/marks on the shower walls from previous guests, and the shower continued to leak water from the sides of the curtain even with the plastic liner in place. These are small things, but they definitely take away from the overall experience and should be addressed by housekeeping and maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service. With a little more attention to the bathrooms, this could be a much better experience.

We had booked 4 days stay at this hotel in July 2026 for a softball tournament my granddaughter was playing in. Was close to ballpark and why we chose it. When the first member of our party arrived he found the room to be unsatisfactory due to bedcovers being soiled as if hadn’t been changed after several days. The bathroom had damage around the shower and on the closet area. He took pictures and called desk to report the damage and the soiled bedcovers. He was told there weren’t any more rooms on the floor. (2nd floor). Didn’t offer any other room. I, as the one who booked the room, preceded to text to ask for a refund and cancellation as this room was unacceptable for the price we paid. I received a text back from Tricia, a manger for guest relations. She assured me the matter would be looked into and created a case number for me so she could keep an eye on it to make sure it was resolved. After going direct to the desk again and asking for either a refund or a different room, we were moved to a room in the first floor. It was not perfect, however bedsheets and covers were clean. Shower ran out into the floor when showering. Would not recommend this hotel & would not stay there again. It needs some maintenance and housekeeping issues addressed badly. Will stick with staying with Hilton from now on.

Decent hotel but quirky staff and sloppy care. Night shift girl (Leyloo, Leyla,?) seems clueless and is not ready for prime time nor is she customer facing. Has no confidence and no correct answers for anything. Ice machine? “I think they are all broke “. Adjust my reservation? “I don’t know, don’t think you can. It’s 11pm.” She is a basket case. Place smells like big spray by rather have that versus bugs. Maid left dirty wash cloth used for cleaning, hanging from shower bar. Breakfast is a disaster - all food is cold, eggs, sausage, potatoes, - all cold. Only edible thing was sausage gravy on biscuit. Nice older lady tending to it - but she should retire, again!!, before she gets someone sick w/ bad food handling. Front desk staff was courteous and generous with bottled waters. Rooms generally clean but a tad sloppy on maid service as desk surface showed smears and lack of TLC. Not bad but attention to details could make it A+.

The saga continues with this place. We only stayed there for 30 minutes before leaving due to horrible customer service. The rude guy at the front desk told my husband we would get a refund. But after a week still no refund. Turns out they never processed any refund and the guy at the front desk said we stayed until 9:30 which is clearly a lie. I plan to take my complaint all the way up to corporate.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. Our stay was extremely brief—we checked in and checked out just 30 minutes later. When we entered our room, the bathroom did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The toilet and bathtub were visibly dirty. I went to the front desk and asked the gentleman working there, a tall older man, whether housekeeping was available. He explained that housekeeping would not arrive until 8:00 a.m., which I completely understood. I then asked what my options were. His response was, “Well, I’m not going to clean it.” I replied that I would simply like to be moved to another room. He rolled his eyes, agreed to switch us, and while processing the room change said, “I DON’T believe you, by the way, and I really don’t have to do anything.” That was the moment we decided to leave. A dirty room can happen, and I would have been satisfied with a room change. What I could not overlook was the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism we experienced. We left with our children and found accommodations elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel based on the way we were treated. Avoid at all costs.
