- MFMauricio FloresMay 11, 20263.0Room is clean. No breakfast in these type of brands. They are using this type of thermostat that uses AI. It is saying you adjusting your room to 65 F but the real temperature was 69-70 all day/night. How do I know? Because I use to carry with me a couple of thermostat which I locate them in different areas of the room. The room never went bellow 69F. When I asked the front desk person, she told me they cannot adjust from their side because the AC was going to freeze up, lol No room service unless you asked and just once for 8 nights I was.

- TTTrishDec 1, 20255.0I was traveling Interstate 81S. On this Interstate, this hotel is a bit out of the way... about 20 min. It was worth it. This hotel is relatively new, as is the entire shopping center area around it. There are stores and restaurants all around. It looks like a very nice place, but I was just at the hotel to crash for the night in the middle of my road trip. Check out my videos of my room. The room was very nice, lacking only some art to decorate the very blank walls. The front desk staff person was very kind and very helpful. Thank you for such a peaceful place to sleep.
