  This Best Western Plus is older, but it mix up for it with the service and The view. I have my small dog with me and they gave me a room that has a patio that walks right out into a grass area. Not only that, but my sliding glass door has a beautiful view of the mountains. The room itself is comfortable. The beds are nice. The towels are plush and the lighting is good. I was pleasantly surprised at my accommodations here.

  The rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean had an extra lock on the sliding glass door felt safe.

  We decided to stay here for a concert in Knoxville, so glad we did. Checking in and out was easy, the room and bathroom were clean, the TV didn't work but we may have done something wrong with it. We were too tired to watch it anyways! It was very quiet at this hotel which I loved, you couldn't hear any traffic. Even though we didn't eat there I loved that Cracker Barrel was within walking distance. There were also gas stations very close and very easy to get back onto the interstate. Would love to stay here again!

  An individual who was not listed on my reservation was provided with both my room number and a room key by your staff. This occurred in the early morning hours on Saturday, April 25th around 3am, at the Best Western in Morristown, Tennessee. I did not authorize access for any person at any time. This represents a clear violation of standard guest safety and privacy protocols. While no one was harmed in this instance, the implications of this lapse are extremely concerning. If this had involved a different individual, the outcome could have been significantly more serious. The fact that someone could potentially present a guest’s name and be granted access to a room and its location raises critical concerns about the effectiveness of your verification procedures and overall guest safety. Granting unauthorized access to a guest’s room places their personal safety, belongings, and privacy at risk. As a result of this incident, I no longer felt safe or secure during my stay. Because of the seriousness of this breach, I am requesting a full refund. In addition, I am requesting a detailed explanation of how this occurred, including what verification steps were taken by staff, and what corrective measures are being implemented to ensure this does not happen again. Given the severity of this matter, I expect this complaint to be escalated to senior management and documented appropriately. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining both your findings and resolution. Guest safety and privacy should never be compromised. I trust your organization will treat this matter with the urgency it warrants.

  Good enough place to stay. My room was sub-par. Giving a 4 due to me not reaching out. My toilet didn't flush (had to lift the lid and manually flush), and there was a leak in the shower when the person above me showered. Would go back if it's still relatively inexpensive. It was clean, no bugs, etc. Just a touch run down
