  Horrible. No water, bugs and bad customer service. Do not recommend! Your reply is untrue. No help and very rude customer service.

  My aunt and uncle were staying there, and the uncle has the early stages of dementia. It would appear.. I had taken him back to the hotel. While the ant stated the family's house because he wished to return for the day.. He recalled the different hotel room than my aunt did. And I asked one of the housekeeping staff to make sure he got to his room by following him. And if he showed signs of confusion to assist. I held back and confirmed his room at the lobby, and it turned out his memory was better than my aunts.. and housekeeping handled it perfectly and politely, and he got to his room without getting agitated, and I thanked her profusely when she came back down the hall where I was waiting by the elevator..

  We all know Memphis is hot. After a long sweaty day I went to shower and the water was brown. It eventually ran clear and I was told it was safe. Front desk says it’s due to the construction behind the hotel.. as they may think it’s good,, it’s still disgusting, I can notice a difference in my hair. 10/10 will not be returning 😕 The towels were thin you could see thru them, and there was no bedding for the pullout couch.

  One of the worst hotel experiences ever. First if all, one of the cleaning ladies stole my cash out of my wallet. Second, the a/c smelled moldy every time it came on. Third, the washer broken broken all but one day of the two weeks we were there. They still have not gotten back to me at the time of writing this, so I had to escalate it to IHG.

  Oversold the room we have no where to stay. We booked through a travel agent, the front desk told us the payment was wrong it’s missing some sort of fee, so we offer to pay now they refused, we contact the travel agent to correct the payment, the hotel had all kinds of excuses such as system not working manager offline, and after 2 hrs we gave up and decided just to pay for a new room, they finally told us they were sold out of rooms.
