  We get here every 2 times a month from little rock, AR, the moment we step in our room the smell of smoke was overwhelming, we went down stairs to let the lady at reception know about it , she said that the next day the manager will check it, ajd that the smell was of something "burn" in the microwave... which for us was more of cigarette... she said thay as the hotel "was at all capacity "...couldn't move us to a different room..next morning after a on and off sleep night because the strong smell, we try to get a shower, pum .. there was a huge cockroach... Went to the reception again there was another lady not just don't let me talk and say the same speech as first one, but no commitment not caring of what I have to say no empathy Shame cause we as a company put a lot of effort to work around here and being receive like that is just not nice

  One of the worst stays I have ever been too. Starting with the check in process, our room was on 3rd floor and their elevator was out of order. Upon asking the receptionist, she was not at all interested in helping and rather suggested its out problem. The night of the stay, there were other people on our floor watching tv in the middle of the night loud enough to keep us awake, this went on for both the nights we were at this hotel. We kept calling the front desk and no one answered.

  I paid for my room for multiple days in advance and was informed by the front desk employee that they were very busy and would have to prioritize providing service to new customers. I do not think that is an appropriate response to a customer after failing to live up to the basic standards of service. I will not be staying here again. As a new business representative in the area, I will also not utilize this hotel for future guests.

  The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life 'Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Memphis Southwind by IHG': The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life -They give me a room with a lot of noise from a machine stuck to the window -As they are the last ones they tell me that I have to put up with them -As only 15 minutes have passed since checkin, I ask to cancel it and they tell me that it is not possible, that I have to stay in them or I lose the money -I ask to speak to the Manager, which is impossible -I leave the hotel and have to book a more expensive one -I was traveling with two small children and it was at night! -I never got to talk to the manager 'IHG Hotels & Resorts': Worst Customer Service -Very difficult to get to talk to them. -They tell me that they stick to the cancellation policy and that it doesn't matter if the room was inadequate Disappointed with Booking.com: -I reached out and the didn’t do nothing, absolutely nothing! -They charge for a management, but without responsibility All the answers, or lack of answers, I have documented and saved. I will continue to fight because this is not fair!
