  I am a Diamond Elite member and needed to transfer my reservation to another hotel, but the manager would not approve it. So I had to leave earlier. Breakfast is too late. I have to be on site by 7 am. Breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30. It takes more than 30 minutes to get to the site.

  The people on staff were friendly and the property is nice. We rested well. A bonus was getting to hear trains and it took me back to my childhood.

  Price gouging! Charged 3 times normal rate during multi-day citywide power outage. HORRIBLE way to treat locals! Rooms were clean, breakfast was disgusting.

  I had an excellent experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, Tina Marie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her customer service really stood out and made my stay even better. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the overall experience was great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it—especially because of the exceptional service from Tina Marie!
