  Bad smell, bed begs, extremely bad customer service. Horrible experience If possible I wouldn’t give any stars.

  Their plumbing system is horrible had to change rooms because toilet would not flush when we first got to the room. Hotel was very close to the airport but the shuttle was not available so they sent me and my family a Lyft.

  I stayed at this Holiday Inn over the weekend for a business trip and was immediately welcomed with such warmth by Cortney. She is truly exceptional at what she does and handles so many responsibilities with grace and professionalism. Throughout my entire stay, she went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. It was always a pleasure walking through the lobby and hearing her friendly hello whenever she was at the front desk. At one point, I ran into an issue getting quarters for the dryer and was worried I wouldn’t be able to finish my laundry. Since I’m on the road for work so often, being able to do laundry is incredibly important, and you really rely on people like Cortney when something unexpected comes up. She made it happen and made sure I was able to get my clothes dried without any stress. Cortney is kind, considerate, hardworking, and genuinely cares about her guests. She made a lasting impression and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. IHG should be so proud to have an employee like her She deserves a $100 raise!!!! Thank you Cortney for being so awesome and for making my stay such a great one!

  Duffy the shuttle driver was great...very personable and fun....tom the shift leader, not so much. Had a bit of attitude and we thought he talked down to his employees. I don't like to see that.

  Booked two rooms there was no option when booking to select adjoining rooms so we talked to someone and received a text message confirming the adjoining rooms. Got here to check in and guess what no adjoining rooms told us you had to select that when you booked! There was an option for that when we booked so we talked to someone. We also got a text message. Guess what we didn’t get adjoining rooms.
