  I enjoy staying in hotels, and I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Over the years, I have checked out early from many hotels, and they have usually accommodated me with an early checkout refund. Unfortunately, this hotel refused to grant me an early checkout and is still charging me for two nights. Due to an emergency, I checked out around 10:00 a.m. one day earlier and only stayed for one night instead of two. In my many years of travel, other hotels have been understanding in similar situations and adjusted the charges accordingly. However, this hotel denied my request and still charged me for both nights.On tops of that the room was not clean, floor was dirty.

  Love, Loved, Loved our stay here. I went with my husband to memphis for his birthday in April. I wanted to surprise him (he's a huge Elvis fan) so got him tickets for Graceland. I found this little Jem while searching for a place that we could stay. Thank God 🙌 I took my time looking around, this hotel had it all. The rooms were great, they were clean, kept up. The bathroom was clean as well and nice. The bed was clean and nicely made , it wasn't hard but not to soft either. The hotel has a wonderful continental breakfast which included eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, there was yogurt, juices, pancakes, home fries, coffee, tea (some good stuff). The amazing ladies that made the breakfast were on top of their game (I'm a huge breakfast 😋 person) . The staff was just excellent, they helped with whatever we needed and if they weren't able to they helped us find someone who could. All the sites are close to the Hotel which made it awesome 👌 The cleaning staff was excellent as well. If we needed fresh towels or anything in the room they were right there to help us we just asked and they had it done. Great hotel with amazing and wonderful staff!

  I'll start with the poistive. Miss Tara At the front desk and Miss CiCi driving the shuttle are genuinely some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever met. The rooms are clean and well appointed, but I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because I had an early flight. The biggest disappointment came when I first brought a service animal through the door and was accosted rudely by a man who did not identify himself. He asked about the service animal I had, and moved like he was going to bar my entry into the hotel. I informed him that I had already spoken to front desk staff about it. He then asked for the service animal's documentation, which is a clear and blatant violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Trying to diffuse the situation, I did show him the paperwork I had. I also indicated that I always check with the establishment before I bring a service animal. He scoffed and said "you're talking to him". Throughout the exchange he did not identify himself, nor did he have any identifying name tag or clothing. He was rude, condescending, and slightly aggressive. This was a disappointing encounter in what would've been a fine hotel stay with some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. This IHG can do better, and should start by removing him (initials MJ) from his duties or offering him education on the appropriate way to deal with Americans with Disabilities and the service animals on which they depend.

  Fantastic 2 Australians currently staying in the hotel for the purpose of visiting graceland in april 2026 I can highly recommend this hotel because room is clean and shower water pressure is very good Fresh towels and toilet paper everyday and Pick up and drop off to airport and graceland makes this a great choice especially for foreign people who do not have access to a car and Staff has very high quality customer service, friendly, fast - all staff members Breakfast is included and is a decent light breakfast option with great staff supporting the kitchen The only downside to the hotel is the bathroom / shower could be slippery and possibly dangerous for elderly people who are not good with balance The second bad point is walls and floors are thin, noisy people in room above sound like elephants walking around and dragging table but only lasted for about 1 hour then stopped and was quiet at 8pm night An observation, not good, not bad - bed heights are very high, if you are a short person you may need a stool to get into bed I have stayed at other more expensive and they are not as good as this hotel If i come back to memphis to see graceland i would definitly stay here and can recommend this hotel

  I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I made the reservation through Booking and paid for it on March 12. On March 19, the hotel charged me again and told me to contact Booking to get a refund. However, I have been contacting Booking since March, and they keep telling me that my rewards are active to use, but when I check my account, the balance shows zero. I had a loss of $442. No one gets back to me, and they are not resolving my issue.
