  Siamo stati per 4 notti in questo hotel: era la seconda volta a Memphis e volevamo un hotel vicino a Graceland. L'hotel è confortevole, tranquillo e ben tenuto. Camera ampia. Pulizia al top in tutti gli spazi. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ottima e abbastanza varia anche la colazione. Presente una navetta da e per Graceland ( che è a circa un km). Posteggio gratuito. Ho molto apprezzato la lavanderia a disposizione degli ospiti. Molto bella anche la piscina.

  Ora made our trip. We had the hardest night on a red eye and a layover in Orlando coming from California. We were met on the shuttle at the airport with a smile and a laugh. She gave us the very best suggestions and genuinely cared. We left the desk wanting to be friends with her LOL! Who does customer service so well that you want to be friends with them? That’s unheard of. Holiday Inn is lucky to have her. Wonderful work.

  This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you. Everyone was so friendly! I want to especially recognize Duffie, Tommy, and Ora for their hospitality! I would love to stay here again!

  Friendly staff, Deedee, Tina, Ms Duffee and Ora(spelling?), very accommodating. My husband is disabled and have a service dog. Made our stay convenient, our room was on 1st floor made it easy access to parking lot and grass area. Loved the gated parking lot for safety. Facility is clean, comfortable, spacious room. Location is near Graceland. Great breakfast, enjoyed the fresh grounded coffee.

  This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Graceland. We usually stay at the Guest House down the street, but wanted to save some money this time around. My husband and I spent a few nights here during Elvis Week, and had a wonderful time! I love that they made it special for Elvis Week. They were playing his music, had his movies playing on the TVs, and had some cardboard cutouts in the lobby. One of the employees offered to take a photo of us with them and handed us some leis to make it more festive. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They were also wearing Elvis shirts which made us smile. We were missing the midnight snack tradition from the Guest House, but were able to create our own because they offer Uncrustables and Nesquik for purchase in the lobby. We wish we could have spent some time in their guitar-shaped pool, but our schedule was packed. Hopefully next time!
