  Having the lawn mowed at 8 in the morning is unbelievable. There’s a bunch of other things wrong too, like the smell, my key not working every other day, the wasp nest blocking the side door that took a whole week to take care of, and finally the lack of care and respect from the housekeepers. Getting woken up by a lawnmower at eight in the morning was the icing on the cake. Do not stay here

  Our 3-night stay was disappointing overall. We arrived after midnight to check in and were given a room with a full-size bed, even though we had reserved a king. The night clerk insisted it was a king bed, even after coming upstairs to look at it herself. Since it was so late, we decided to stay in the room for the night. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk again. The morning clerk also insisted it was a king bed before eventually saying the issue was because we booked through a third-party vendor. She became noticeably dismissive toward my wife during the conversation. While waiting, I overheard the same clerk giving another guest the same explanation about booking through a third party, which left me with the impression that this hotel has an issue with guests who don’t book directly. To their credit, we were eventually moved to the correct room. One positive note: the hallways were clean and smelled fresh throughout our stay. Another major disappointment was housekeeping. Our room was never serviced during our three-day stay. When I asked about it on the evening of our second day, I was told rooms are only serviced every seven days. That policy should be made very clear before guests check in, as it’s far below what most travelers expect from a hotel. To top it off, the elevator was out of service on the final night of our stay. Between the incorrect room, poor customer service, lack of housekeeping, and the broken elevator, this stay fell well short of expectations. I hope management addresses these issues, especially the way guests are treated when booking through third-party sites.

  Horrible!!! The first room they put us in the door was falling so you needed to push it with all your body to open it and once open it wasn't posible to close, it also smelled like mold. So they put me in a smaller room with only one bed and sofa wasnt bed-sofa and was really nasty to even lay on it. The sheets and pillows were dirty with several stains and smell bad definitely not clean. And the cherry on top was the cocroaches started to come out in the kitchen where I was supposed to prep my meals

  Very clean and quiet, Dana at the desk was amazing and helpful. Will stay again!
