  I stay with major chains for a reason. This Best Western does not meet even basic Motel etiquette. Motel not Hotel. And this is both a Best and a Hotel. ONLY ONE ENTRY: Problem is: no entry with key for the paid stay after hours with no attendant.! Key entry/customer entrance at front desk which is ONLY ENTRY POINT WITH PAID KEY NOT WORKING!!!!! I am a protector of my family and I if I can’t get to them for a paid stay? for a simple trip to the car for items? You have failed my safety.

  You get what you pay for—This is a reasonable room for the rate, the room had a musty smell and breakfast was disappointing, but it seemed clean and we felt safe.

  Rooms were pretty standard, book online it was an extra $50 when I showed up compared to online. Gotta be the worst "breakfast" if you could even consider it a breakfast, buns were soggy and the fruit was shrivelled like it was 2 weeks old. Card scanner for the door would have to swipe a dozen times to get in.... Plus a lot more

  TJ is the best! He took such good care of us! Hotel is fantastic! Great location and SUPER CLEAN!

  Paid over $300 for a room and the toilet wasn't sealed down almost fell over using the bathroom. The breakfast was un cooked we didn't eat anything while we were there. no pool like they claimed they had and the elevator only worked on certain floors we were on the fifth floor had to use the stairs.
