The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, we will always stop here on our trips to The Caverns from now on!

What really made our stay special was the exceptional staff. Phil and Steve were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Great hotel with outstanding service, we will definitely be back!

We had an issue with the bed we are staying in and checked out 25 minutes after we checked in. We were told to callback the next day and check on the status. When I called, Wendy answered the phone and was rude. She hung up the phone and did not provide any solution. You should not have an employee answering phones who can’t handle simple questions without being rude. In addition to this review, we will be escalating to corporate regarding her attitude.
