  Mike is a very kind soul. He and the owner are great guys. We booked a suite and had problems right away. For a suite, the room was upstairs and small. The room was hot as well. We had to turn on the a/c and it took a bit to cool down the room. After driving 14 hours we just wanted to sleep but had to wait for the room to cool. There were spider webs on the lamps, the couch was greasy. The sign on the outside of the room said 210 "mini suite" While booking on web site there is no mention of mini anything. We then were offered another room downstairs, the "whirlpool" room. We switched rooms because it was downstairs and the layout was much nicer and cleaner. The owner said he would give us half off. When we checked out, the price was still the same price that my wife booked it for. No discount or half off like he stated. O well. Pool was relaxing. Whirlpool was sketchy with open jets and broken drains. The free breakfast is nothing to mention. Cold cereal, bread, bagels, coffee, juice, and a waffle maker.

  We have been traveling and wanted to take the time to review this hotel. What a wonderful experience we had. This hotel was so clean from the parking lot to the floors it was spotless. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the owner Mr.Patel and his son. Our room was so clean and inviting. This hotel has an outside pool that was very clean and the serve a continental breakfast of fresh fruit, hot waffles, yogurt, pastries and bread for toast coffee and juice. We only stayed one night but we definitely will return and we definitely recommend this hotel.The best part upon checking out the owner Mr.Patel thanked us for our business and welcomed us back.

  Everyone here is so friendly, from the nice man at the desk to the nice maid. They’re very helpful, and their smile brightens up our mornings! The breakfast area is very clean, as is the room. They have good choices to pick from ranging from cereals with bananas, if you want, to bagels and make-your-own waffles. Lots of fun! The location is convenient too, and our stay has been wonderful! We’d definitely recommend!

  I have stayed in this hotel for the past 3 days and there is not one bad thing I can say about my stay. It is convenient to both major interstate (I-75 and I-40). It is literally right off the interstate exit ramp of exit 81 lenoir city. You do not head or see the interste though. Which is a major plus and Traffic is not hard to manuever with. It is close to major food chains or if you dont want to leave your room you can order with doordash. I had the king size bed with the jetted tube. And I must say the bed was extremely comfy! The sheets and pillows smelled so fresh and not that usual musky hotel smell. The tub was clean and the jets in the tub worked great! I am a serious clean freak and would never have used the tub if it wasn't clean. But it was! It was so relaxing. The hotel had an amazing breakfast set up. Waffles ,cereals, toast, bagels and arrangement of jelly and butter spread. The little restaurant set up for the breakfast room was set up so lovely! The hotel front desk help was not what you usually walk into. He was very polite and helpful and eager to get you to your room so you can rest and relax for the night. If you needed help he was there to help no matter the time day or night. This hotel also offers an outside pool! It is clean not like most hotel pools. There is chair and tables with umbrellas so you can sit and relax and watch the kiddos play. The pool goes from 3foot to 5foot. There is nothing I can say bad about this hotel. If you are traveling and are looking for a place to stay in the Lenoir City area. This is it! I absolutely recommend it.

  Rooms were very clean, especially for the rate charged they keep their swimming pool clean and well taken care of. Bed was really comfortable, if you go next door to the comfort inn and pay $50 dollars more then you just got ripped off or maybe a better breakfast. Me ,I dont always get a chance to make it to breakfast anyways but did this morning and got my fresh waffle and milk bowl of cereal anything else I could have just went to Krystal's right in front of the place. Service was nice they had something I needed at 4 in the morning and the gentleman behind the counter is very well mannered and goes out of his way to make you feel special even know you know that's exactly what he is doing lol... And the location couldbt be better like I said earlier they have a Krystal's right in front of the place and a ruby Tuesdayss no more then 50 ft away at that. There's a gas station right across the street along with a firework store and a Walmart/ tractor supply foodcityand about a total of 100 other places to shop from on the same road so you cant get loss plus when you head your way off in the morning you are right next to the interstate. The only flaw I seen in my eyes was they have a pet snuck that likes to make his way to the dumpsters at 4 in the morning I'm not a fan but I will admit the damn thing is kinda cute I just worry about smelling so I still won't get near the dang thing but I will definitely be staying here again later on down the road. I don't normally do this but I'm giving everything 5 stars
