  Place desperately needs a remodel. The bed was soft and the room smelled musty. Other than the backlit mirror in the bathroom, you’d swear it hasn’t been touched since the 1990’s.

  Stephanie at the front desk is an All-Star. There were some extenuating circumstances around a planned work trip where my crews kept getting pushed off by the agency they were doing work for. Stephanie never missed a beat and updated our reservations without hesitation. We haven’t historically used Holiday Inn express but going forward. I will be using them almost exclusively. Thanks to Stephanie and our experience here.

  My wife and I were really disappointed with our stay. The shower was good and the pillows were comfortable, but I have nothing else nice to say about the place. We can start with the off-putting, musty smell. Then move on to the weirdly wet carpets throughout the room. The guest next to us told us he'd been there three days without his room being cleaned. The door to the fitness center took four tries to unlock. But worst of all, the fan in the bathroom made an incredibly loud banging sound when you turned it off that could last for minutes. When we told the woman at the front desk, she told us that was caused by the wind on the roof -- a claim that would've been suspect even if we'd been on the top floor, which we weren't. Regardless, they seemed interested in fixing it and just wore it off to it being an old building. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstance. It's bad enough that the hotel was so shoddy, but they also don't care about their customer's experience.

  Room was clean, nice and contemporary. Air conditioner worked great! Bed was super comfy too and I’m picky when it comes to beds. Also super close to lots of restaurants and shopping! Would absolutely stay here again.

  We got a double queen room, and it was nice and fairly clean! The breakfast downstairs was really nice, especially because they had gluten free muffins individually packaged! The signage is not very great, especially as it's right behind another hotel, so it is really easy to miss. The staff was very nice and made checking in and out very easy. The pool was closed though, so we were pretty disappointed about that. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay at.
