I really enjoyed the view out of the windows in the breakfast area. My only big complaint was how musty and moist the place was. The halls were hot and moist. The elevator was hot and moist. The room was so moist that the floors were slick. The room smelled a bit moldy and there was condensation on everything. It was extremely hot and humid outside, so to some degree this was unavoidable. I do believe this place could use an upgrade to the AC system, or some kind of dehumidifier. I don't think there was any air conditioning on or working in the hallways at all. Everything everywhere felt damp and wet and warm.

From the time we walked in, through breakfast, to checking out, everybody was incredibly gracious and hospitable. The room was clean and as we usually expect, but it was the incredible staff that made our stay stand out. The breakfast manager, JoAnne, came up to us directly to ask us how our stay was and clear our table. She even directed me to the filtered water to fill our water bottles when we left. I didn’t even have to ask, she noticed that I had empty water bottles in my hand. If you are ever in this area, please stay here.
- BCBeth CrawleyJun 27, 20263.0I’m giving a 3/5 based on a one night experience. The location is convenient and easy to find. We received a room on the first floor which was very noisy. The breakfast crowd, the parking lot etc. it was loud even with a sound machine. Our room was also “stuffy”. It did not let you adjust the AC temp. We were in and out quick so I made no complaint to staff. I’ll look for other options when passing through the area
