  I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels, and have not received the quality of service that we did at this one. From the time we walked in, through breakfast, to checking out, everybody was incredibly gracious and hospitable. The room was clean and as we usually expect, but it was the incredible staff that made our stay stand out. The breakfast manager, JoAnne, came up to us directly to ask us how our stay was and clear our table. She even directed me to the filtered water to fill our water bottles when we left. I didn’t even have to ask, she noticed that I had empty water bottles in my hand. If you are ever in this area, please stay here.

  We only stayed one night on our way home to Va from visiting family in Ok. Rooms were clean. Service and food at breakfast were great. Road noise was the only issue for us.

  I’m giving a 3/5 based on a one night experience. The location is convenient and easy to find. We received a room on the first floor which was very noisy. The breakfast crowd, the parking lot etc. it was loud even with a sound machine. Our room was also “stuffy”. It did not let you adjust the AC temp. We were in and out quick so I made no complaint to staff. I’ll look for other options when passing through the area

  So really thankful location was able to get my family and I in on extremely short notice. As we encountered a flat coming through Lebanon and this location was recommended to us by Jason the owner of Eds Towing. The rooms were clean and honestly as someone who's never started at a Holiday Inn Express I was pleasantly pleased. If we were to be stuck in Lebanon another night I would not have minded. There are many food options around the hotel on the same side of the road as the hotel. If you are willing to play a little real life frogger there are a few more options across the road. Even when we encountered a potential delay in our departure from Lebanon the hotel was more than accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we were to find ourselves coming through Tennessee again.
