  It would have been 3 stars but Its 4 starts because of Jazmines great customer service. Main issue with the place was there house keeping would do an awfull job while staying there lazy folks. But non the less the front staff the nice and the place has great prices

  Our first stay here a month prior was great, which is why we decided to book again. Unfortunately, our second stay was a completely different experience. The room didn’t appear to have been cleaned before we arrived. There was food on the floor, drinks still in the trash from the previous guests, and the shower had a pink slimy buildup that was honestly pretty gross. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a shower door, so when we tried to shower upon arrival the entire bathroom got flooded. On top of that, there was essentially no hot water. Between the dirty shower and the lack of hot water, we ended up going to the nearest Planet Fitness just to take a shower. To add to the frustration, we had arranged a late checkout, but it wasn’t communicated to housekeeping. We were interrupted because they weren’t aware we were still supposed to be in the room, which made the stay even more frustrating and we ended up leaving early. For $220 for a 1 night stay, I expected a much cleaner room and basic amenities to be in working order. It’s disappointing because our first experience was so positive, but this stay fell far short of what we expected.

  When we finally got the room we reserved it was great. They didn't vacuum, however the rest of the room was clean and well set up. Would definitely recommend. Slept great. Nice bathroom. Love the spaciousness. It was quite comfortable. Good parking. Below is why service got 3 stars. It took an hour and half for them to get us to a room. The first room - they gave us keys and we got there to find it still being cleaned. A very angry housekeeper told us it wouldn't be ready for a while. Back downstairs we went. The blonde lady at the front desk wasn't downright rude but she wasn't nice. It took a bit but she gave us keys to a different room. We got there and it was a basic room. Not what we paid for. We thought we'd make it work and unpacked. Then microwave didn't work and we needed it. So back downstairs we went. We tell the same lady (sadly) the microwave doesn't work and is it possible to get a new one or move to a room that we paid for or get compensation for the lesser room. She told us there were no more rooms like that and to come back tomorrow. Sigh. We asked if the original room we paid for was done being cleaned and she said yes! So we asked for keys to that and she gave them to us. So back to the original room we went and got to stay. The lady never apologized, never offered to refund the difference for the lesser room she put us in the second time without telling us it was a lesser room, never offered a new microwave. She also wasn't aware the original room we reserved was finally cleaned and ready so she could offer it to us at the end of the saga. Just not professional.

  What a wonderful hotel!!!! It looks brand new, is very nicely decorated, super comfortable bed and linens, extremely clean, and very friendly staff. Don’t waste money on an expensive brand, this place is delightful.

  We had a great stay overall. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was customer-friendly and professional. We had two rooms, and although there was a billing issue at first, the staff resolved it right away. The beds were very comfortable, which made the stay even better. The only downsides were with the bathroom. It took a while for the water to get hot, and once it did, the temperature did not stay consistent. The bathtub also was not draining properly, which we mentioned to the staff at checkout.
