  The cancellation policy is a joke. I was 45 minutes late cancelling my reservation because our travel plans changed due to a personal family reason and they charged me the full rate for the room the second I hit the cancel button which was two days before I was to check in, and are refusing to do anything to help. Make sure you really want to stay here before you book. They will not work with you at all and GM Randy Patrick will just respond with condescending oh I’m so sorry, this is the cancellation policy you agreed to when you booked and we have to be consistent and basically steal from people because it’s our policy . Yes I get there’s a policy but the full cost of the room for being 45 minutes past the 6pm deadline to cancel! Life happens, I couldn’t avoid cancelling, and I was a minutes late, not a day or a no show. Now my family is out over $200! Will never book another IHG property again.

  This is everything I want from a hotel, but even cleaner and with friendlier service. The beds were super comfy, breakfast was great, parking was easy, and location is safe and perfect for a roadtrip/quick visit to the Pigeon Forge area. The elevators were down during our stay, which was really no big deal thanks to Randy. He was super accommodating, reaching out multiple times in advance via both email and text to let us know. We were offered a full refund or guaranteed a first or second floor room upon our arrival, which I really appreciated. My family has stayed here before, and we will be happy to return upon our next visit to the area!

  The staff was great, the location is a parking lot of an Outdoor World. The most important thing the bed was old and springy. This hotel did not live up to what I expect of a holiday inn express

  This place is highly recommended! Great staff n comfy beds n super clean rooms! Ya’ll definitely will want to try this place!! Hubby, kiddo, and I stopped here after driving till 3 in the morning! Two nice double soft clean beds awaited us after a nice hot shower! I give ten stars to everything including the breakfast!!!

  The front desk worker, Alex, is the absolute BEST. He literally is the best worker I have EVER dealt with at an IHG hotel. This hotel had issues with the elevator and Alex made sure that everything guest had their stuff brought up to their room. I watched him go nonstop helping every guest during our stays (Saturday, June 6 and Friday, June 12). He was also ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to help ensure we got a 1st floor room (my Mom is 72 and was traveling with us). His caring attitude towards our needs was WONDERFUL! IHG needs more workers like Alex. My husband and I agree that this is a hotel we will be staying at again. Also a big reason to stay here is location and great breakfast!
