- JJJAug 3, 20263.0Great location and a beautiful hotel, but it didn't live up to the price. The linens were clean, but the carpet in our room had noticeable stains. We also had to call the hotel from the lobby to get someone to the front desk so we could check in.

They really made it worth it and was so kind and genuine, they made it so much better. You can stay anywhere but when it's personal and people care and are kind, it really hits different and makes you happy and makes you smile.

I have never in my life, been treated with such hospitality, welcomeness, and Love in my career of living on this earth. Between Chris, AJ Allen, and all the other people that work so hard to ensure a spectacular experience, they surely do make sure that you are welcomed like family. I am pour any and all whether you are the local or traveling to enjoy the experience that you get with the Oliver.
- SJSuzanne JJul 23, 20265.0We enjoyed our stay very much! First, bed comfort is priority one. We were in room 215 and the bed was great. I have a terrible time with supportive pillows so I brought my own. But the hotel pillows were better than most. Second most important is room temp. This is where I couldn’t give it a 10. We are hot sleepers and the room never got below 72-73. We did figure out on the last night to close the door to the living room and that helped. Third (for me) is good coffee in the room. We had a phenomenal Nespresso machine and REAL cream in our room and that was a simple joy. Lastly, but certainly not least, the front desk staff were wonderful. They were personable and always greeted us when we came and went. I will be telling everyone I know to stay at The Oliver when they visit Knoxville.
