  Got in a bit late on the 2nd and was welcomed by Lee who got us checked into a lovely room. She was patient and helped us book the best room with no reservation, provided fantastic late night service, and had a great contemporary vibe to contrast the classic style the Oliver provides. Rooms were clean and amenities provided were more than satisfactory. I will be staying here again 🙂‍↕️

  We had such a wonderful stay at The Oliver Hotel in Knoxville, and a huge part of that was thanks to Lee at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely welcome. She has this genuine warmth, great energy, and a really relatable vibe that instantly put us at ease. Her style and personality just added to the whole experience; she felt authentic and down-to-earth in a way you don’t always get from hotel staff. She was kind, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. Genuine hospitality like that can’t be trained, it’s just who she is, and it made all the difference in choosing to stay here. On top of the incredible service, the hotel itself exceeded expectations: modern, stylish decor, spotless rooms, and a fantastic location in Knoxville close to everything we needed. If you’re looking for a place that combines a great modern aesthetic with genuinely caring staff, this is it. Lee is a true asset to The Oliver Hotel, and she’s the reason we’ll be back so much, in fact, that we’re already booked to return next weekend!

  I didn't get to stay here, but ai have researched this place before and I believe it to be super nice. I did walk by it and check it out, but unfortunately they didnt have any availability for my walk-in stay that night.

  I received a text on the morning of the day that we would be checking in asking if I had any special requests. I decided to inform the hotel that it was our anniversary and that we chose the Oliver to celebrate because it is where we stayed on our wedding night and absolutely loved it. I expected to maybe see a little note or a drink voucher (which we did receive, two in fact), but we opened the door to our room only to realize that they had upgraded us to a much more expensive suite at no charge. It was the most amazing and exciting surprise. The room was beautiful, clean, and all amenities were fantastic. Check-in was smooth with a very kind worker, the drinks in Peter Kern’s library were amazing with great service, and check-out was a breeze. It could not have been a nicer stay.
