  I stayed at this hotel on October 3, and upon leaving on the 4th I accidentally left my makeup bag full of expensive makeup, an electric toothbrush, and a full tube of toothpaste. I noticed these were missing when I was unpacking my bags later that evening. At 9:15pm I called the hotel and asked them if they could keep an eye out for my makeup bag, and I described it in detail, the toothbrush and toothpaste I didn't really care about. They told me I would have to call back in the morning because housekeeping wasn't in at that time. I called back at 9am the following morning and was told they would call me back later if it was found. I was kind of panicking about it, so I called back at noon, and they said they had found my makeup bag and toothbrush. Since I live over 2 hours away, I asked if they shipped, and was told a supervisor would call me back later and go over details. Fast forward to the next day, I still had not heard from the supervisor, so I decided to just drive over and get my stuff myself because there seemed to be no urgency in contacting me. After driving over 2 hours when I was given my bag of makeup there was over $200 worth of makeup missing. I let the front desk worker know, and she gave me the general manager's number. I filed a police report and showed proof of purchase for the items missing in the report and then tried to contact the general manager, in which I still was unable to speak with anyone. I would not recommend staying at this location and will not be staying at any more of the Holiday Inns because of the lack of communication, inability to speak to someone in charge after driving a significant distance, lack of urgency, and unwillingness to fix this issue. An employee here has sticky fingers so I would be careful if you stay at this hotel because some of your items may go missing!

  Ms. Andria at the front desk is so professional, polite, Nice and she’s the first person you see I’ll always comeback to here as long as she’s at the front desk, 5 stars across the board with her!!!

  The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! The room was spotless, the pool and hot tub were great! It’s convenient to several restaurants even tho it has a fabulous lil pub inside. The breakfast was delicious will definitely be returning!

  The Holiday Inn Knoxville West - Cedar Bluff Rd is perfect for attending games, has a good selection of restaurants within 8-10 minutes. The rooms are average, clean when we checked in, and plenty of parking. The front desk service is the weakest link. They were not very happy to be there. We had ongoing problems with the room lock system, cards were not working four times in one day. The chair was in very bad shape. No fan in the bathroom. Beds were clean. Plenty of towels. Water heated up quickly. Overall an average stay.

  Stayed here for 1 night. Overall: if you need a place to sleep it will work! Don’t come here for the pool or hot tub. The rooms are a little beat up and the room looks clean, we did find someone’s old room key sitting on the desk in front of the TV. We brought them to the front desk to turn them in. Assuming they were just forgotten by staff. However, upon waking up I could smell some else’s perfume or cologne, on the blanket. Making me believe the room wasn’t cleaned and sheets weren’t changed between stays. Gross. The hot tub and pool look to be falling apart, missing chunks of cement. There are cracks everywhere that hurt to walk on. Sitting in the hot tub was okay but where you sit in particular is really rough on the skin. The hot tub could have used more water. The pool looked like it needs a better filter as the water wasn’t very clear and could see some foam starting to accumulate.
