  Absolutely disgusting room; musty smell with about two weeks worth of hair left in the shower drain when we checked in. The hot tub water was tan. Room clearly hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned recently. The kind of place you check for bed bugs and still quarantine your clothes afterwards.

  Overall, I had a good stay, the room needs updating, but it was clean. The couch needs to go, it is way past it's useful life. The bed was comfortable, the pool was very nice and it had a jacuzzi. Why have so many hotels removed their jacuzzi's. Glad they have it. The dining on site was very good, truly. The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff's service was good.

  Rooms were clean but felt sticky, if that makes sense. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and we woke up feeling stiff. I actually had to get up before I wanted to because my hips and back were hurting. The pillows and bed linens were very comfortable though. Price was reasonable although $20-30 more expensive than the other two hotels we stayed on our trip. It wasn't until we went down for breakfast that we were told the breakfast buffet was an extra $15/ea and we still had to make our own waffles. Sadly could have gotten a better breakfast elsewhere.

  Can use some upgrades. It was clean. Lamp shade shabby. Def. Room 245 ain't it !!! I made reservations. This shouldn't have been given unless this was the last room in the whole building! Yes, it is by the entrance, but it is also by the elevator. The other guest were loud, children playing & screaming in the hallway! Called front desk a couple of times and never got through! Light sleepers bring headphones. They need security or someone to make rounds so all guess can be comfortable. Need better options for sweetness etc. for tea & coffee.

  Nicole and Marie at the reception desk were absolutely phenomenal! They were incredibly professional, welcoming, and provided top-tier service that really set a positive tone for our visit. Their commitment to guest care is truly commendable. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was a major disappointment and, quite frankly, unacceptable. The room was coated in dust, making it evident that housekeeping had neglected the space entirely and provided minimal effort. This lack of basic cleanliness immediately triggered allergies for everyone in my party, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the bathrooms are in need of serious renovations; the facilities are well past their prime and require significant updates to be considered sanitary and modern.
