  The hotel is very clean, the staff are very polite and accommodating. The pool was relaxing and the food was delicious!

  Savannah at the front desk was attentive and alert. I was given a room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. towels on the floor, beds not made. Went back to front desk to get another room. Slept fine, my 2nd room clean. Water pressure in the shower on the 4th Floor was the worst I've experienced in all my years of travel. Was given free breakfast. Next morning at 915am, they were out of a few things, and was hoping to watch some news, weather like you would typically see in this environment. The young woman running the breakfast bar had on the fresh prince of bellaire on the TV. I could go into detail about the next events, but I was very disappointed there wasn't a standard of viewing of what a typical guest would watch, but rather it was about what a certain employee wanted to view. I felt some racial undertones in my communication with the hotel manager, and staff when asking for news related viewing. I've been an advocate for equality all my life so feeling that way upset me very much. I've watch a million episodes of the fresh prince in my youth. It never should have gotten to that point. Upper management is missing some detail in how this hotel is run. I have a background in f&b, hotel experience. Keep the news, weather, or sporting event for all your TV's. Problem solved. I won't stay here in the future, but hoping they improve for others. I deserve better for my $140.00 nite stay

  Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Jesse , Pete and Alexis made us feel right at home. Will be sure to stay here again.
