I was staying there because of my job three times a week and I believe that Hotel is exceptional. Especially the staff. Lara, Kayla, Marie, Willoughby, and Josh. Housekeeping staff do a great job, rooms are always really clean. I would definitely recommend staying there while traveling. I certainly would.

Thermostat has a built in motion detector. If you are away from the room all day like we are who are working nearby you return in the evening to a hot room because the a/c turns itself off while you are gone. If the owner has to cut a corner like that on the electric bill on a room that I am paying for then he doesn’t need my business

The room was good, staff were nice when we checked in. I was not informed of the cancellation policy so I went down to the lobby to ask and the staff was not friendly at all.when we returned to the hotel we did not feel safe at all multiple people sleeping outside of the hotel clearly they were intoxicated messed up on something.I was not happy.

I had an extremely frustrating stay here and cannot recommend. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was a disaster. It was painfully slow due to computer issues. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was incredibly unfriendly. One appeared to be in training, which normally means an employee is being extra attentive and courteous, but that was far from the case. Instead, the employee checking me in completely ignored me mid-process to carry on a casual conversation with a coworker (manager?) in front of my face. It was remarkably rude and unprofessional. Things didn't get any better once I finally made it to my room—the air conditioning didn't blow cold air. Between the unfriendly service, the grueling check-in, and the broken A/C, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.
