- MSM & T ShowersJun 2, 20261.0We had a serious security and safety breach during our stay. Also, a complete lack of follow-up from the team at this location. Another guest walked directly into our hotel room while we were sleeping. They were given the same room number as us. This is entirely unacceptable and is a major safety issue. We addressed this issue immediately the following morning with the front desk staff. I was assured that the situation would be escalated and handled appropriately. However, I have now waited for over a week and have yet to receive any response or update.
- DCD CMay 31, 20265.0Catalina at the front desk was amazing - professional, kind, friendly, and clearly hard working! On one of those long travel days it felt like an oasis. The hotel is easy to get to and parking is easy as well. It seemed like a nice, safe area and was convenient location for me. Will absolutely stay here again. Note for the hotel: there should be true blackout curtains in the room, though that wasn't a problem for me as I planned to wake up early anyway. Thanks for a great stay!
