  If you plan to park out front for just five minutes while checking in at the Holiday Inn, be prepared to receive a parking ticket. There is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed with the city. If the area is not actually intended to allow 15-minute loading for hotel guests, the Holiday Inn should not be directing guests to use it as a loading zone. The current signage and instructions are misleading and put guests in an unfair position. This is a known issue from what I’ve been told from the front desk but they do not make you aware when checking in.

  Location was good, the building itself is very clean and smells clean, the rooms are very nice but they're also very small. Very, very small. You can hear everything outside though and can easily hear through the walls. But they do make a great breakfast and the employees are great. Great customer service!!

  I had an outstanding stay at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and efficient, and every interaction throughout my stay reflected a team that takes pride in customer service. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean. The lobby, hallways, elevators, and guest room were all well maintained and spotless. My room was comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out, with a very comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, strong water pressure, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi that made it easy to get work done. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. It’s within easy walking distance of many downtown attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and business destinations, making it convenient whether you’re traveling for work or leisure. Parking was straightforward, and getting in and out of the area was much easier than I expected. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations for a hotel in this category. There was a wide variety of hot and cold options, everything was well stocked, and the dining area was clean and organized even during the morning rush. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, the common areas were consistently clean, and the overall property felt safe, modern, and well cared for. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Express locations over the years, and this is one of the better ones. If you’re looking for a dependable, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel downtown with excellent service and great value, I would absolutely recommend this property. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.
