- MLmatt L3 days ago1.0There is a reason holiday inn(Crown plaza) is loosing in the hotel business. Really bad customer service from top to bottom. Booking is like buying a used car from greasy car salesman. Once I realized this I contacted the hotel directly to correct the issue, what I discovered was the management team onsite must have been trained by the car salesman team of booking agents.The GM Ken Knight needs to be retrained.

The outside speakers were blasting at the entrance all day and nights when I was on an important call l had to shout. When I told the manager about it, she kind of laughed and I was like, yeah yeah yeah yeah and then I’m here the next day still blasting they could care less. It’s the little things that make your life easy like not having to scream during a phone call when you’re leaving a hotel and being able to drop your trash off. If they don’t care about the little things, just imagine what the big things are like! I’m sure they’ll send me some oh my gosh we’re so sorry. Little thing like I see on the rest of these reviews and the next time I come out here it’s still gonna be blasting
