Great location for local shops & restaurants. A bit further for the convention center. Staff was excellent from door to floor.

The walk was really. I love my room amd housekeeping. I really wished that there was a possibility of a shuttle to get around. The walk from the Crowne Plaza to the Knoxville Convention Center was approximately a 15 minute walk times that 2 to 3 times daily. I got a lot of steps in, but also a lot of aching in my knees.

From the moment I pulled onto the property, I was welcomed by generous, devoted individuals that offered parking and luggage assistance. Needing both of those things, I was able to hand everything off to those "more than capable individuals." When walking into the hotel, I was welcomed by the most phenomenal scent: I believe they said it was a Bergamot and Black Tea scent: Which I will be looking for in my own home. The grand staircase mesmerized me and my family, automatically making our way to that location for family photos. Checking into the hotel, it was a seamless, glorious process. Knowledgeable about the area, they possessed more knowledge about the amenities that were offered (my favorite were the ear plugs and white noise machines because I am a light sleeper) at the property as well as the hotel's history. Did you know that it was built in order to provide accommodations for the 1982 World Fair?! How cool. I went up to my room and was welcomed by a comfortable interior design and working A/Cs, which we have not experienced much of these previous trips we have been on. We had a great view of Market Square. With a 12pm checkout, my family and I were able to achieve the most comfortable rest thus far. The bar and restaurant were utilized since we traveled all day, and was nothing short of pleased by the menus offerings and customer service. Before hitting the road, we utilized the 2-story gym and pool, which made our trip very well-rounded. I would definitely recommend this property for any, all business, leisure or getaways. Thank you, Crowne Plaza, for giving me hope and restoring my trust in the hospitality industry.

Internet connection is complete rubbish. 50Mbps down, 9Mbps up... dialup speeds. Never staying here again. The nerve to charge what they do per night while offering such terrible tech solutions. This dead beat hotel is still living in the dark ages.

Service is great. Location is great. Rooms are good. For the price I think it’s not the best value. And the worst part is I could not get AirPlay to work from my iPhone to stream the Thursday night football game on my room tv. The tv did not have smart tv apps. It barely even had any cable channels. What a joke! Would have given it 4 stars if it wasn’t for the bad tv service. Other hotel brands are much better. Expected more from IHG.
