  Excellent. We were met by Toby as we pulled in. In our first 15 minutes with Toby, we knew all we needed to know in Knoxville, where to eat, shop etc. He even provided a map! The hotel desk -young man (forgot the name), helped us with our luggage storage and room. We met Kat at breakfast the next day and she put a smile on our faces! Room was amazing.

  Overall the hotel has good amenities and friendly staff, but the location is just unbearably noisy all night long. Partying from the courtyard across the street on one side, train tracks on the other, constant emergency services blaring their sirens nearby, none of which is muffled by the paper-thin walls that also allow the noise of your neighbor’s screaming children to penetrate your room at full volume. If you care at all about a good night’s rest, this is not the place to stay.

  My sister booked us this room (along with tickets to a show at the Thompson Boiling arena) and we had no idea what to expect. While traffic in Knoxville is on another level (give yourself plenty of time to get there!) The Crowne Plaza was easy enough to find with GPS, and the underground parking was extremely simple to navigate. Upon entering the hotel from the parking deck, you literally walk right up to the check-in desk. The hotel is elegant and the customer service matches the ambiance. The first floor lobby has a really nice bar where people gathered in the evening for cocktails and nibbles. And the second floor restaurant served an excellent breakfast with high-end table service. For breakfast you can either eat from the buffet or order fresh from the menu. Our single queen bed room was also elegant and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. It had all the amenities one would expect in a hotel room these days. The bathroom included a beautiful walk-in shower and no bathtub. The best thing in there, to me, was the adjustable lighted makeup mirror attached to the wall. It was a very nice touch. To get to the show, we ordered an Uber. The concierge said it was about a 20-30 minute walk to the arena, but unless you're extremely fit and wearing good shoes, we found that hard to believe. However, while we waited outside for our Uber (along with many other folks doing the same thing), the door man did a fantastic job talking to everyone and keeping spirits high. He was outgoing and funny, and made the hot wait really fun. The Crowne Plaza Knoxville was a 10 out of 10 stay for us, and we would definitely stay there again.

  Honestly I've stayed at alot of hotels and Natalie and Tony where the best host they made us feel at home and went above and beyond to accommodate up 10/10 recommended and those 2 deserve a raise

  We are here for a week stay for my husbands work trip, having 2 boys 3 & 5 years old I was nervous this place would be a little to fancy for their rambunctiousness but all of the staff has been absolutely great! Special shoutout to the best bartender Tony, who became my kids best friend after a few nights of them hanging out down there with us. The food at the restaurant is phenomenal as well. Was also amazing to be able to walk downtown easily and enjoy all the fun things to do!
