  Whenever I travel to Knoxville on business, the Best Western Plus Knoxville Cedar Bluff Hotel is always the very first place I check, hoping the rate is reasonable. If it goes over $100 including taxes, I have no choice but to look elsewhere, but it remains my top preference. While it might not seem like a budget option purely based on price, the value comes from everything else: the front desk staff are genuinely friendly, and the rooms are quite clean. Although the property shows some signs of age, you can tell it is extremely well maintained. The water pressure in both the shower and the sink is great, and the bed was very comfortable. As long as the price fits my budget, I would love to stay here again on my next trip.

  Every employee is very helpful and friendly. Positive attitudes and smiles. Rooms are clean and not outdated. Room service by request only. Outdoor pool is clean, surrounded by hedges and fence. Outdoor seating area in back corner has tables, grill, trash can, and it's partially shaded.

  Great place to stay if you want shady accommodations with employees living on site, bed bugs, and from what I can tell most rooms have no hot water and/ or air conditioning

  This hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good. The fitness center was amazing! Everything worked. No missing equipment. My only complaint would be the pealing paint in the pool but it was clean. Added perks were the cookies and filtered water. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

  Have stayed here twice so far due to surgery and this place is amazing clean rooms staff very friendly helpful..update went and spent another night when they noticed it was us tgey gave us a handicapped room so we wouldn't struggle with a shower . Cant say enough how awesome the staff is and every room. Has been clean and stocked
