  If you visit the area or just pass through the city and you stay for a night or more, this is one of the places you should stop at. The Great Smoky Mountains are waiting for you. The hotel is clean, quiet, great hospitality and good breakfast.

  Nice comfy beds. Pull out sofa bed too. My daughter said the pull out bed wasn't so comfy so she just slept on it like a couch. Decent sized breakfast. Shower curtains are kinda thin and make a huge mess on the floor when you shower. Do not leave your towel close to the shower or it will get wet. Has an indoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub only holds 4 people. Pool closes at 11 which is later than alot of places. Directly beside Ingles and a gas station if you need to make a quick snack/grocery run. Several restaurants around too. Right off i-40 to get to where you need to go quickly also.

  Had a wonderful stay. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Easy access to the entire city. I would stay here again!

  The pictures on the website are a little deceiving. The picture obviously were taken when it was remodeled or fairly new or were edited to look brighter. The room was dull and drab, dirty and had a musty smell to it. I am 5'2" with mobility issues and requested a 1st floor room with 2 queen beds. They only have king beds on 1st floor. Why? Also in their description it should be noted that the beds are not typical height beds and 4 foot or more high beds. Again, 5'2", mobility and disability issues. Could not get into bed. Tried pulling sofa bed out but it was broken and would not pull out. The girl at the front desk did give me a step stool to try. Thankfully I was able to climb into the bed and there were no accidents. Leads me to wonder if the beds are OSHA compliant. My research says NO. 23 inches from floor to the top of the mattress per ADA. These were definitely much more than 23 inches. We could have gone somewhere else but when you're with a group and extremely tired and don't want to lose the money you paid for that room you make due with what you've been given. I would not recommend Best Western if all the rooms are like this. The staff were very polite though. Do better Best Western.

  Hotel is convenient to the highway and because I knew we needed a quick turnaround I chose it. There is carpet throughout the hotel and the smells linger in it. While we love our furry friends we don’t typically travel with them and the room we stayed in definitely smelled like wet dog and urine. It seems like they don’t have specific pet only rooms. If you struggle with smells I would recommend steering clear of this Best Western. The fitness center is barely workable- treadmill wouldn’t start and no free weights or mats. The breakfast had a good variety and the classic favorites!
